Out showing property and always get to treat ourselves afterwards. Tried HS again after many years. I forget about it since on the other side of town. I’m usually not a huge fan of bbq but the ribs and brisket were SO delicious!! Such good flavor and the meat fell off the ribs. So tender and juicy. Waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We took their recommendation. One meal was more than enough for the two of us to share. Are for under $20—that’s pretty good nowadays. No room for dessert, maybe next time! We’ll definitely be back soon!

This place was awesome! Fast service, best flavor we have found in the area so far. Everything from the deviled eggs through the ribs was great. Did i mention the chicken? Wow, moist and tender. The waiter was really friendly, the atmosphere was perfect for a BBQ place. It is just a little off beaten path and we’ll worth the five minutes it takes to get there.

Great food! Good smoke flavors. My family had the chili, BBQ pork salad, deviled eggs and a three meat dinner. More than enough food, didn’t have room for dessert. Waitress was pleasant and courteous.

My mother & I visited holy smokes while they were set up at a vendor show several months back. We went at the end of the day so they were almost out of food. We ordered & then started to leave to go to town to get cash (we didn’t realize they couldn’t take a card). The people working stopped us and gave us our meal + most of the leftover food they had, for free. The little act of kindness they showed us made our day & can only be a reflection of how they run their business. 10/10 would recommend Holy Smokes BBQ.

Everytime I come into Mountain Home I have to eat at Holy Smoke. The Bar-B-Que is made fresh and tastes great. The atmosphere is good too. You’ve got to try Brent’s potatoes salad, mmmm.

Always busy & worth the wait to be seated! The service is fast and friendly, even with a packed house! Everything has incredibly seasoned, flavorful food!

Chicken and beef was dry. Ribs were fine. BBQ sauce was strong in the vinegar. I liked, but others may not. Bathrooms and common eating area not too clean. Service was fine. I will not return.

Great food and service. Also I’ve seen them donating food to various community events over the years, especially during early COVID. Great owners.

Went to Mt Home to visit my sister. I suggested BBQ and she said there is only one place to go for that, Holy Smokes. I only had the pulled pork sandwich and a side but I have to say, this is the best I’ve ever had. The meat was delicate and the perfect smoky flavor. It literally melted in my mouth. The bun was the perfect consistency to hold the piled on pork. I asked for a spicy sauce to dip in and I’d bet it was homemade. Not too spicy but a fabulous, flavorful heat. I could even see the crushed red pepper. I don’t even know what my sister had. A combination I believe. She asked for a to go box because it was A Lot. The server asked if I’d like one too. Nope! I’m eating all of it. And I don’t regret it!! 10 out of 10. Truly memorable. Thanks Matt and team!!

The food was very good. We had a variety. Pulled pork, ribs, mac & cheese, baked beans, and two different potato salads, but my favorite was the Al Capone. It has brisket, smoked sausage, cheese, lettuce, and tomato all on a soft bun. Yummy!! I can’t wait to go back.
