We ordered a variety of food for a lunch starting with edamame and takoyaki (fried octopus balls) which were some of the best I’ve ever had! The chicken kaarage and nigiri sampler were both phenomenal and we get two orders. If you don’t have much of an adventurous palate, some items may seem scary but well worth the try. As for service, everyone was exceptionally friendly. We did have to wait a little for the food to come out but everything was so fresh it was worth every second!

Hokkaido is really good. I like this spot better than the Idaho Falls one, because they sell sushi. They have these octopus ball appetizers that are amazing. I always get an order of them. The ramen is great and the sushi rolls are good too. The spicy garlic ramen is really good. I recommend Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi.

Ramen dish was great! I really liked the added crispy onions on top. I didn’t feel like having pork in my miso dish so I substituted it with chicken. Very nice. Hamachi don was the other dish we got. The dish looked a bit small but the person who got it said it was filling so I think it was just the right amount for a lunch dish. Ramen I couldn’t finish.

Ramen broth was pretty tasty. Toppings were a little weird. I haven’t had corn in my spicy Miso Ramen at other Ramen places. Boba teas were disappointing. Tapioca was a bit hard. Appetizers looked good but were a miss. The takoyaki squid balls were undercooked, inside was mushy.

My daughter and I came to the restaurant yesterday and really enjoyed our lunch. I went when the place first opened and I must say everything is so much better. I really enjoyed all of our rolls and next time we are going to try some ramen. I highly recommend the lychee sake…so delicious…

Love this place! We live in Montana. We know the owners and make sure to stop in when we pass through. They do such a great job with any of the food they serve. Especially the special teas! Great staff, service and atmosphere. Gotta make this your favorite sushi and ramen place!

The staff was friendly and attentive at lunchtime. My ramen bowl was very good. Because I sat at the bar, I was offered a complimentary chefs salad that was full of unexpected flavors. I can’t wait for the Idaho Falls location to open.

The only place I have found so far to have a legit Poke bowl. The rolls and ramen are all good as well. Everything seems very fresh. I go every week. Would recommend.
