The staff is awesome, when we had to feed 35 people with barely any time given they were able to accommodate us and make sure we had the sides we wanted. Thank you for being there, the food was amazing, we tried the coleslaw, Mac n cheese and beans and we will definitely come back.

Came in with high hopes. Was concerned that the Chineese restaraunt nextdoor was packed on a Sunday night no one at this BBQ place.
The food was at best mediocre and here’s why: Ribs came with silver skin on. Had to peel back. Brisket was at least 2 days old. You can chop up and put anything in water to make it moist. Chicken must have been from Walmart.
Lovely staff and cute atmosphere. I must have shown up on an off night.

$13.98 Potato with Double the meat. Called in and before I could even give my name for the order, female said, “ I took your order and I did it correct! Double meat is 4oz.” So I weighed it; came out to 2.2 oz. Plus barely no cheese or sour cream. Called back in and talk to the manager just to inform. ( don’t want to blast this employees name on here)

Honestly pretty terrible food. Toast wasn’t actually toasted, food wasn’t hot, brisket was tough, chewy, smokeless and completely under seasoned. Beans tasted like dressed up canned beans, fries were stale and poorly seasoned. It really tasted like it was made by minimum wage teens who did not care at all about the product they produced and it’s not their fault.
This is a huge failure of management and ownership, it shows you’re not in your business trying these products, you dont hire managers who care at all, and you’re not properly training anyone to be responsible in this establishment.
And please, take this information and use it. Improvements can be made but they require hard work and it doesn’t seem like anyone has been working hard here for awhile.

One word… Delicious! This was my first time here. I asked the gentleman what he would recommend and got a sandwich that had chicken and hot sausage with fries on the side. I walked out of there, satisfied, full, and excited. I found another place close to having something different.

Stopped in for some lunch with friends. This place came recommended and didn’t disappoint. We came in and were promptly greeted. Ordering was easy. We sat down in a room that was spacious with lots of seating options. Our party tried many items from ribs, brisket, pulled pork, mac & cheese, fries and salad. It was all flavorful and came out relatively quick. Nice job!

Great BBQ, had the one meat combo with brisket. Fairly large servings for a decent price. Clean place too. Another place I will eat at again whenever I am back in Salina.
