Got there when they opened and was told the fryer wasn’t ready so waited a bit for our appetizer. Food came out right after the appetizers. Service and food were good. Had egg rolls, gyoza, and hibachi at a regular table. Was disappointed that they don’t have the soup available at lunch time. Will be back again to try the soup.

I enjoyed the drive through availability but the lady was rude and didn’t show any friendliness. I appreciate their cheap prices but the California rolls lacked flavor and didn’t have any salt, very very bland. Probably the worst ones I’ve ever had. They also said they didn’t have spicy sauce, only sriarcha. Most places like this can add spicy sauce to the California rolls. I also asked for extra avocado instead of crab and instead of giving me extra avocado they gave me extra cucumber.. disappointing. I don’t know if I will be going back or not.

Location in Nixa, Mo is very hot inside talked to friends they said same thing I’m normally cold. Food great, service great but probably just get my food to go too hot to eat by the grills. Doesn’t bother me in their other location.

Wait was ATROCIOUS, supposed to be seated at 8, didn’t happen. Didn’t get to order until 8:45! And they closed at 9. Waiter/cook was super high spirited and very apologetic. He made up for it. Food was amazing to. Just, plan to be there for a while.

We just got done eating supper here. Great staff, a special thanks to there chef Victor (he was so very nice to us and our son)! I also would like to say a special thanks to the hospitable waitress, I feel terrible I didn’t get her name. The food was absolutely fabulous! We made the drive to this Nixa location because of reputable recommendations. We will definitely be back! Also thanks to the waitress for telling us about the long island specials on Wednesday!

As far as drive thru, the window lady takes a while to get to you, last time I was missing my steak, this time I’m missing my ginger sauce. Who wants to keep coming back to get a replacement and a coupon? Your food is already cold by then. I’ve been offered coupons on the phone but no1 ever gives me one at the restaurant. Lastly I feel like I was treated like I was lying about my food missing with weird looks. Inside the restraint isn’t much better. The style (if you can call it that) isn’t finished and they have dirty ceilings. Fr, if you go, look up. I like the food but this location is a joke!! The only redeeming service is the cooks when they cook your food. They are very nice and do all those cool tricks!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I typically get my Sushi at the Springfield location and the service in Springfield is amazing. Went through Nixa today on my way home. I phoned in a small order and was told 25-30 mins and it would be ready. Arrived at the Nixa location about 40 mins later and Starla took my payment and said she would be right back to the pick up window. Waited 12 minutes before I called and let her know I was still there waiting for my order bc there was a couple cars behind me. Starla rudely replied “Be right there!” And hung up on me. Couple minutes later she came back to the window. I kindly asked if it was typical for the wait to be an hour when I was told 30 mins. She replied “Well, we are a restaurant and we get busy!” Then she shut the window in my face. No apologies, and mind you there was literally only one other car in the whole parking lot, other than the 2 behind me. I then called and asked to speak with the manager, which again Starla answered and rudely agreed, just to hang up on me. A simple apology for the wait would’ve went a long way here, or an accurate estimate of wait time.. Starla must’ve been having a rough day otherwise she needs to find a new career path not working with the public. I have never been spoken to in this manner in Springfield, so I will do future business at that location.
