The hopia is to die for!!! Good luck trying to get a hold of them. I gave it a 4 because I can never get a hold of anyone and it’s closed when I go to the actual store. Hours need to be updated on line or have some type of updated sign with actual store hours…Or you can always hire me to answer all calls and take orders and pay me in hopia.. Lol

Unforgettable! Boutique hopia place. Hopia was flaky and yellow mong beans was silky. We bought several dozens. Placed individually in cupcake cups and a beautiful pink box. Presentable gift to family and friends. Everyone I gave the hopia was raving about it and want more. The place is very clean.

We called to order Hopia at this place and the person there told us to call back on Wed. But when we called Wed she said they were not taking orders. I tried to call her again and she just picked up the phone and put it down on the counter. This is bad customer service! I guess when you have the monopoly on something that people like you can just treat them like dirt. I hope another place will start making these foods because I will go there instead.

Don’t be so rude on the phone! We moved from the Bay Area to Las Vegas and we came back for a visit, my wife asked to see if they had Suman and the lady said “Yes”and hung up. Why can’t you be a little nicer to your customers? You don’t want people to come to your store. We’ve been there a number of times I don’t understand this at all. California’s customer service is going downhill.

Hopia is the best and what their known for, but their management and operations practice is very sub-par. As a fellow Filipino American entrepreneur who owns several successful businesses, it saddens me to see how Hildas bake shop has cracks in the customer service aspect, frequent rising product rates, and constant product shortage. A lot of these issues can be addressed with proper business management knowledge. No disrespect but I wish these issued would be addressed to improve your business.
