Stopped by the food truck and was so excited! I have not had authentic Polish food since my grandmother passed away. Pierogi were perfect, Hunter Stew was to die for, the kielbasa was excellent, and the golabki was mouth watering. Also great Polish burger too! The woman taking the orders was friendly and a delight to talk to. Her mom works in the back cooking and makes a delicious hearty meal. It reminded my of my grandmothers meals and so not only did it fill my stomach but it filled my heart. Thank you Highlander Taste for this providing me with something I was missing so much. Amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Joanna, Peter, and “Mom” are simply the best!!!! They have the best customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care I’ve experienced in a long time! They just brought their food truck to our wedding and were so much fun to work with through the planning. All of our guests LOVED their food and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I can’t recommend them enough – for any event you might have, I hope you book with Highlander. They won’t disappoint! ❤️

Great food! Really interesting Polish takes on some standard food truck style stuff – burgers, bologna sandwiches, pork belly – but with Polish flair and flavor. And you have to love good pierogi like these.

Highlander plate, is what I had. The perogies are like potatoe wontons. I’ve haven’t had them before. They are good. The hunter stew is amazing and not too heavy. The polish sausage was good but the polish mustard in a squeeze bottle outside was phenomenal. I’m getting some a dat.
