Came for an “Inaugural Traditional Celtic Session” but truly enjoyed the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Excellent coffee too! My daughter loves her avocado toast! Enjoyed sitting in on the session… Will definitely be back in the future. ☕

The 5 stars are all earned. Great atmosphere, definitely inviting and relaxing. Was not there for a show but the stage looked fun. There are 2 booths in the windows that I especially recommend. The food was a big surprise as they had fun and unique options.

There aren’t very many coffee shops I love, but Highland Blush is definitely at the top of my list! Very cozy, comforting atmosphere and the service is always astounding! Lunch on a Friday at lunch time. One person working the whole place by himself. Hosting, waiting tables, serving, cooking and bussing. He did very well considering but you might want to get some dedicated wait staff so folks don’t wait 45 minutes to get their food. Just sayin. Speaking of food, not all that impressed. I ordered the Ethel Waffle. I’ve never had a waffle with fresh grapes and apple slices. The menu just said seasonal fruit with ice cream. Sounded good to me was thinking compote but no, just sliced fresh fruit. Not even syrup or anything to sweeten it up. At any rate, we tried it and likely will not be back.

Damion was so attentive and really cared about our opinion of the new seasonal drink menu. If you are looking for a sweet but not too sweet mocha try the dirty mocha. If you’re more of a coffee person ask for something stronger!

Hidden gem! Oh my goodness this place is wonderful! My husband and I were in the area visiting family and someone mentioned Highland Blush. So we stopped in to try it and fell in love! The drinks were so good and the food is tasty, the the service and the atmosphere were tops for us! Absolutely will be back!

Highland Blush now has in-person dining for drinks and food in beautiful Downtown Alma. The coffee me and my friends has this past weekend was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend the pumpkin cinnamon latte. The owner was the sweetest and was so nice to chat with while inside. The decor is to die for and there’s lots of board games to play with your friends and family. Couldn’t think of a better coffee shop in the greater Central Michigan area!
