Stopped in while visiting from Delaware. They have a nice location and a quaint setup inside. The staff was very friendly. I really wanted to like this place but the food just wasn’t great. We had the prime rib, the blackened fish, fried pickles, and a cocktail. Nothing was cooked poorly, there just wasn’t much flavor to anything. Even the sides were relatively tasteless. The one exception was the pickles which were excellent. Maybe it was just an off night. Hopefully that’s the case, because it seems like it should be a great little hometown restaurant.

A great little spot for a good meal and a good drink. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was prompt and friendly. Food was very good, and the happy hour appetizers made the whole meal very affordable.

Came for our 10th anniversary while staying at the Hyatt. Food is much better and more reasonably priced than the resort (as you’d expect). Best fried green tomatoes and shrimp and grits we’ve ever had. Cocktails were great as well!

My husband and I reserved a late dinner here – 9 pm arrival – after an unfortunately taxing day we’d had on our intended “getaway weekend”. We were met by a waitress who’s personality could be described as dry but kind and honestly – she was just what we needed to end our day on a better note. This place rated “perfect” for us. The bartender – positive energy – added a fun layer to our evening and even another server in the restaurant and the chef contributed nicely to our experience as well.

TLDR: expensive but phenomenal food.

Best spot in Cambridge for a meal. If you are traveling it’s also a quick dip into downtown for good local food.

I had fish and chips for lunch – the fish was mushy and bland, but the batter was good. The fries were good, and I appreciated the arugula on the side, but it was really overdressed and overseasoned – that poor arugula! My dining companion had a crab cake and didn’t like it – she’s a stickler for lump crab meat, which this crab cake obviously was not. The cocktail we ordered was just okay. I’m not a local to Cambridge, so maybe this is a pretty good spot in the area, but I’m not sure I’d be back.

I ordered a soup of the day, and it was minestrone soup, but the soup was cold, and my husband ordered ribeye steak, and it was dry and chewy. The drinks were good.

I was in several months ago and I just had to say that it was one of the best all time dining experiences I have ever had. My girlfriend and I split the Chatubriand and it was phenomenal. Drinks, service, appetizers, salads, dessert, and environment was excellent as well. But the Chatubriand stole the show. I highly recommend. 10/10.
