We came to the restaurant on a calm Saturday afternoon where there were only a few other parties here. The food was very good and the portions are huge. There’s a lot going on – from ringing phones, to loud music, etc. but it’s still a great spot. Would definitely come back for a drink and some small bites!

I cannot believe how rude the cashier was to a customer. I gave her a gift card that had a balance of $27.19 on the card ( I checked the card balance 5 minutes before going into the restaurant to pick up my food and had a screen shot on my phone) and told her to put the balance on my credit card. She seemed confused about the gift card so the manager helped her to do it. She tells me that the gift card declined. When I went on the website to make sure the $27.19 was still on the card, it was now $0.00. The cashier had a nasty, condescending attitude towards me and told me that I do not understand English. I asked my husband to come in and help her understand that she did use the $27.19. She got even more nasty and dropped F curse words. Is this the way you treat customers? She accused me of scamming them! Why would I want to scam them when I gave her my credit card to pay for the balance. I have never come across a such a rude employee!

Ordered on door dash on Friday. I Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken lowmein. The food is very fresh. Chicken is very soft as well. The portions were huge one food can easily be shared by 4 person.

A nice restaurant to dine in/sit by the bar or order to go. Food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the fried rice/lo mein with garlic chicken, plantain chips(like fries) and chicken in the ruff(comes with regular fries). You can call ahead or order online!

If I could’ve given no stars I would’ve done that… They wouldn’t deliver so they told me to call DoorDash… I called DoorDash for the two items listed and they sent me only one so I ended up paying $37 for a General TSO’s chicken, which, by the way was disgusting and they wouldn’t do right by us by sending us the extra meal that they neglected to put in the bag… Which probably saved us because it probably would’ve been disgusting as well Stay away from this place.!!!! Food is disgusting and their manners are even worse.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The staff is very unprofessional and at times, rude. I requested a meal without sweet pepper, the individual on the other side of the line declared that they can’t pick the sweet pepper out of the meal. More so, in the past I was cursed out by one of the employees because I attempted to place an order by phone and will pay at pick up … she told me that I can’t do that when almost each week my friend orders on my behalf and pays at time of pick up. Your customers pay for a service and not to be disrespected or cursed at. Train your staff and cater to your customers’ needs …

Unbelievably delicious and authentic Guyanan food! Atmosphere is upbeat and decor is beautiful. Service was fantastic! Michelin would do well to eat there and give it a rating that’s how delicious and fresh it is! Hostess, waitstaff and bar tends very professional and amiable. I’ll be returning!
