1st time here and it WILL be the last. Chicken was so freaking hard I felt like my teeth were going to break. Never had hibachi and noodles came in it. Didn’t get my extra yum yum. Call and let them know I didn’t even ask for my money back and all the manager could say was that’s how he cook so that it’s well done. I get well done , but not super hard. That’s over cooked. Shrimp was cold with warm rice? That makes no sense. If you like it great for you. I won’t be back.

Salad lettuce warm. Drink area smelled of mildew. Many items on menu not available. The chicken and shrimp was not edible because a nasty orange colored glaze covered it. The noodles were soggy. The vegetables tasted old. The rice was not fried. It was white rice piled in the bottom of a plastic container. Do yourself a favor, and eat anywhere else but here. We wish we would have. My husband and I highly recommend that you should avoid eating here. It’s simply disgusting.

This restaurant serves Hibachi style food, but it is not your typical Hibachi restaurant with the chef cooking in front of you and entertaining you. However, the food is very good and the portion of filet and shrimp compared to the price is awesome! I was given noodles, that I did not order and was told it was fried rice. However it was white rice. It was still good and half the price of regular Hibacji. It was very good.

I have never been more displeased with a hibachi restaurant. From the call in order with the angry cashier I should have ran in the opposite direction. “Hibachi can you hold, you want three? What else?” Is not a kind way to treat a paying customer. My granddaughter and I walk in to the establishment with food remnants and pieces of trash spewed along the floor. Not only is the service poor but the prices are lies. We expected $8 each meal but we left paying $12! We collect our sad food and eat at home. The salad they scrape together was the worst salad I’ve had and the sauce for my meal was sour. This entire meal was unappetizing along with the spaghetti noodles they use. Please do not eat here. It’s absolutely disgusting. My granddaughter cried for twenty minutes after consuming this slop because she was so excited to eat it. Please get your act together ichiban, we will NOT return.

Decided to stop in here , had a taste for hibachi. Checked the reviews online and majority of them were all positive. So we said hey let’s try it. Entering the guys were very friendly and professional. We ordered shrimp and scallops with fried rice,noodles, and vegetables. Plus a side salad came with it. Reasonable priced and it also cake with the yum yum sauce and extra terrayaki sauce. At first bite it was delicious. We absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. We now have a new hibachi spot.

Food was out fast but that was the best part. Got the house salad with ginger dressing. It was just lettuce and the dressing was watered down. Thankfully they give two. I also got the steak bowl with noodles. Steak cooked as ordered and there was a decent amount on there. The sauces they gave, one was yum yum and the other was some sort of gelatinous substance? Noodles were spaghetti noodles. A bit under whelming from the last time I visit this place. But that was pre pandemic.

The food was fast and ready in 15 minutes but it wasn’t piping hot like I expected being I got there as the top was going on. This was my first experience and I was a little disappointed. The food wasn’t flavorful. It wasn’t nasty or anything but just wasn’t seasoned as I’m used to in most hibachi restaurants. The yum yum sauce was soupy and had no flavor as well. Not something I’ll be running in to get any time soon.

We asked them in the special instructions part of our online order to draw a unicorn on the box, and when our food arrived they had drawn two! Their delivery time was great, the food is amazing, and they seem to go well above and beyond normal in customer service!

Food is excellent. There is sometimes a bit of a wait while it’s being cooked. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere/decor is nothing special. If you want atmosphere and a show, go to a full blown restaurant. At Hibachi Ichiban, you can get the same food for half the price. UPDATE: Quality has definitely gone down. Got the steak and shrimp. Shrimp wasn’t bad, but the steak was not seasoned. Also, don’t give you as many vegetables as they used to. Overall, it was just ok.
