We have been coming here for about a year and a half and have always been satisfied with the food. Our regular waitress Tammy has also been very attentive. We have had many other ones that are also amazing. The hostess Vanessa is very good i’m very friendly .Also, we usually come for the lobster which has Always been wonderful. We have never had a bad meal here. Everything is fresh and is constantly changed. We never had any bad experience..

They advertise lobster which is why we came here but when we arrived it was apparent that much of the lobster was 90% chopped up shells and 10% meat. The food was very salty and often cold. Would not come back if it’s the same experience.

I should have listened to the reviews. The lady at the front only acknowledged us by saying what do you want to drink. She then walked away. We followed to our table and she walked away again without a word. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. A bit too attentive. She sat behind us watching for a plate to be moved to the side and jumped to grab it immediately. Even when she was eating she sat in front of us and kept turning around to check our plates. The restaurant its self was clean. The food was horrible. I wish I would have walked out as soon as I walked in. My stomach has been running for hours since leaving there.

We arrived 20 minutes before the lunch deal ended, but no one explained what items were included and what weren’t. Some sashimi and oysters were unpleasant, and to top it off, the waitress charged us for the dinner menu instead. Very disappointing — never again.

I will never go again/ the waiter did nothing but take our plates and bring our drinks but at the end before payment/ she pointed out on the receipt the amount that we should pay for tip. Tips are always up to the client not to the Server or Vendor. My co worker and I both had two plates and one drink. No other service was provided but yet they wanted a higher tip. I gave the waiter a $5 for doing what she is spouse to do!

While a simple looking restaurant in a shopping plaza, this place exceeded my every expectation when it comes to the food and service provided. Maybe we came on a good night, can’t say for sure. But the food was well above average and I tried almost everything provided. It was all fresh and delicious. Our waitress had our drinks filled by the time we came back from getting more food and she checked up on us enough to show me that they care enough about the customer experience to go above what is considered standard. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and ill be returning here 100%

I did it to myself again, wandering into another Chinese buffet because I just can’t seem to resist them, but at least Hibachi Buffet in Lakeland made the choice feel worthwhile. The dining room was clean and well stocked when I arrived around 1:30pm, and I managed to keep my lunch mostly focused on proteins while still sampling a bit of everything. Several steam tables were full and turning over nicely, and the sushi display was better than I expected for a weekday afternoon. For nearly an hour I went back for small plates, each with a different mix, until I finally admitted it was time to move on.
My waitress was attentive throughout, clearing plates quickly and keeping my water filled without hovering. I even found their lone box of gloves so I could avoid directly touching the tongs, which felt like a small but meaningful win. All told, it was a solid, tidy buffet experience and a reminder of why these places keep pulling me back in.

Today we went to this restaurant and I’m giving it one star which is already too generous considering the experience we had. I was very disappointed with almost all the food. The sushi was absolutely old, hard to chew, and completely tasteless. The salmon and tuna sashimi were a total failure, warm I actually think it’s dangerous to serve something like that and poorly stored. The texture was too soft; it almost melted when I tried to pick it up with my fork, and some pieces had a terrible color. The puff pastry desserts were clearly old and tasted moldy. The pasta had no flavor at all. The only good thing was the French fries, and according to my husband, the meat was decent, but honestly, when I go to a sushi restaurant, I don’t expect perfection from an all-you-can-eat place, yet it shouldn’t be this bad either. I wouldn’t even offer this food to flies. Our table even had ants that I had to remove with a napkin. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I won’t be coming back.

We went in, the widow time for lunch buffet. The trays of food were always full. Great assortment of different foods. Along with fresh fruit. The ice cream was very creamy and tasty. The cake that had a hint of coffee was very good. The server was very attentive to keeping the tables clear. The place was very clean.
