Me and my mom here for lunch.. The food was good, fresh and hot.. The bathroom was clean and no weird smell.. Service was good, I like the new company!

Food was okay but there is a decent amount of options in my opinion. If you go past 7 you’re probably not going to get the best quality food which might have been some of my problem, we went around 9. I definitely think they need more desert options. If i had to complain about anything it probably would be that there were just too many workers, there was a few of them just standing or sitting in empty tables talking. Definitely did not need that many workers being that slow.

At first the waitress was very aware of the drink then she was practically watching me and my family eat, when we arrived we looked for the food we sat down and not even 20 minutes had passed and we were going to go get the second plate and while I was waiting for my partner to finish, the waitress had brought us the check to pay and asking us if we were going to pay, she was so rush in us to pay. We didn’t put our card nor money on the tray where they put the fortune cookies to pay because we were going to wait to do it because we were going to repeat for the second time, she saw that we didn’t pay yet and she proceed to picked up and threw the lucky cookies on the table and moved the tray from side to side as if hurrying to pay, the experience was horrible since we arrived the waitress named Wendy was urging us to move on and leave and waiting for the tip. In my life they had treated me so rudely, I wanted to repeat and I could not because she practically did not allow me, she did not come out from in front of the table watching us as if we were going to take the dishes and cutlery. Honestly lousy service.

I have been seeing a lot that they remodeled and that the food is great. I can say I was beyond impressed! The food was INCREDIBLE. It’s flavorful, fresh and great quality. The place itself was so clean and organized.

Waitress forced to my husband to give a tip, when he already gave her a 10% she wanted $20 when our meal was only $18, the food was good besides that. And homeless man asked us for change and we said we didn’t have any so he through some Broccoli and onions from the restaurant onto our truck…

I reason the reviews before coming to the restaurant. I must say that I really like the place. Remember it is a buffet, therefore all types come to eat there. The service received from Jenny was extraordinary. She checked on me at the right time.

There were bits of plastic in the chicken. Nearly everything tastes old and stale. Sub par experience for the price. The only good thing was the waitress who kept the drinks full and the empty plates cleared off the table. Prompt service..terrible quality of food.

Let me start by saying the other reviews about tips being *expected* are absolutely . The food has a good variety, but nothing is super flavorful. $15.99 all weekend pricing. Dungeness crabs, shrimp, oysters, and mussels are the main seafood choices. Couple different wing options. Mounds of rice and noodles, limited sushi and not yummy, hibachi guy sat on his phone most of our stay, we didn’t try it. Fresh fruit, nice salad bar, lots of fried things. We had to wait for the check because our server sat, unattentive as possible, at a table BEHIND us on her phone the whole meal. When we asked for the check, she stood there for our payment, and while one person signed his, she stood there over him. Before even clearing our plates, she took the signed check. Next person to sign, she almost took it out of her hand!!??!! This reduced the tip i normally would have left drastically. Obviously, management or owners don’t pay attention or read these reviews… The table next to us sat for a long time with no drinks, same server. The floors by the buffet had dropped food, squished by people getting food, and definitely a hazard for slips and falls. Unless you have to experience it yourself, I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures.

Upon entering the restaurant, the doors have a grimy look to them like haven’t been clean in forever. We had never been here before so was not sure what the routine was. Found the check-in desk, she asked us what we wanted to drink. She picked up silverware and turned and walked. I guess we were to follow, we did. She walked away. Not knowing if we were to just go get food and eat or if we had to wait for our waitress. My husband went to ask her, she was not friendly. The food replenishing ppl were the nicest there. No one came to our table with a bill so we went to front desk and she asked for our bill. She was also chatting on her phone. Food was ok, not hot but plentiful. Will not go there again or recommend to anyone.
