This is our second time here. We love the variety of food, including the dim sum. Everything is fresh, and they refill the dishes quickly. They don’t have as much seafood—like lobster or oysters—but they do have salmon, and I think the seasoning on it is perfect. Overall, the price is worth it. My husband loves the sushi, and honestly the sushi alone is worth the cost. It’s just too bad they didn’t have pumpkin pie this time, and the cocktail sauce was a little light. Everything else was great! Still one of our favorite spots.

We absolutely love this place. We drive 50 min to come here. They are constantly walking around. Refilling drinks, asking if we need any thing, restocking the food. My wife loves their sushi (one in my pic). We’ve read the bad reviews. And honestly talking to the staff here. We can see them fixing an issues if it arises. They all show genuine caring and respect. I will continue to drive my wife the 50 mins. Clean. Calm. Smells good. Give it a shot.

The food is fresh, plentiful, and definitely worth the price. The place is clean, and the sushi is especially fresh — one of the highlights! The service is good, especially Emily — she was friendly and attentive. It’s also nice that they celebrate birthdays and make it special for the birthday person, though hearing the birthday song 10 times in one hour is a bit much. Still, overall a great experience and definitely worth a visit!

There’s something wrong with my taste buds or wrong with this buffet. As the other reviewers mentioned, some of the food tastes weird (general tsos chicken), the food is borderline cold, and bland without much taste. I have a feeling it was opened by the business owners simply to milk the city of Bristol of money, not provide us with good food. They’re probably getting a lot of this food frozen from the biggest cheapest food distribution centers… In other words, they’re secretly feeding us bottom of the barrel junk. The last 2 times I’ve been here, I could barely eat half my plate. It’s simply bad. Shame because the people are nice and everything looks clean and presentable.

Everything was good, the Restaurant smelled good. Pleasant atmosphere the buffet is clean and the food is absolutely flavorful, the meals are hot on buffet and the staff is very professional. My family will definitely be going back and we taking some more people along.

Was nervous about coming here with the 3.6 review rating, I was like listen to the people they trying to tell you something but I had a good experience. Went with me and my two kids and had a nice time. The food was hot and fresh and kept coming out. The fruits and vegetables all fresh. I loved that they had lychee jello. Didn’t save any room for the hibachi I was so sad got full very fast, next time I will start there. The service was good no complaints I was constantly asked about refills and plates were taken away in a timely manor.

I think they cracked the code on keeping toddlers calm during meal time! As soon as we walked in my daughter was obsessed with the fun fish wall and they very nicely sat us right next to it. The entire staff was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. The place was very clean, the food was very good and the price was ideal. So many options to choose from that we got full before trying the hibachi and sushi, will have to return. The only thing I wish they had was some ice cream topping instead of plain ice cream, maybe something simple like sprinkles or chocolate syrup would have been great. All in all, definitely recommend and will be visiting again!

While the buffet offered an extensive selection, the food quality was merely average. A significant issue was temperature—by the time I returned to my table, my selections had cooled considerably. Given that “hibachi” means “fire bowl,” I expected the food to be served much hotter.
I considered ordering from the back section where they cook on the actual hibachi grill, but the chef’s demeanor was off-putting enough that I decided against it. On a positive note, the servers were attentive and friendly, offering soda refills before my glass was empty.
The value proposition was disappointing. Two meals, one soda, and tip totaled $53. As someone who doesn’t waste food and serves myself reasonable portions, I found this pricing excessive for the quality received. By comparison, the Mongolian Hibachi in Southington offers consistently hot food with noticeably superior taste at better value.
When they place the credit card bill on the table, they recommend 15%, 18% or 20% – For what? I am serving myself, other than (1) soda – I paid 15% = $7.00 to be served one soda.
I appreciate the staff’s service efforts, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Always clean, workers are always nice and very attentive. The food is always hot and fresh every time. We went a couple weeks ago and were disappointed, they were closed because of the weather. I understand and glad they took their staffs safety into concern. Next time no snow!
Always fair price for my kids and husband. I wish it would be cheaper for me. I eat 1/4 of what my 5 year old eats. I barely eat anything and I pay more than him. Especially with a gastric sleeve I physically can’t eat much.
