My mom had been wanting to eat here after watching a TV commercial promoting it. When we came to visit my niece in college, we decided to give this place a visit. We were not disappointed. As you enter, there is plenty of tables to choose from. It is a “seat yourself” restaurant so we sat at a booth. We thought there would be more Selena memorabilia but there are plenty of photos of other people. The server came to greet us and took our order. The food came out fast and the food was nice and hot. I went with the Juevos Rancheros and they were perfectly cooked! My favorite part of the meal were the homemade tortillas de harina. They were perfectly fluffy and not too thick, just like my mom makes them! The prices are very fair for the size of meals. We will definitely be back for sure! I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast! There was enough parking for us although I’m thinking it may be tough on their busy hours.

I was able to fulfill my dream of coming here. I arrived at 5am and felt honored to be eating in the same place as Selena and her family once did. I already knew what I wanted when I arrived. I ordered carne guisada and a Mexican coke. First time ever trying authentic tortilla shells delicious.! The meal filled me up all day long and wasn’t expensive. I felt so welcome here. The manager made my visit very memorable showing me around the restaurant at all the Selena memorabilia and telling me stories of her family and her and the different celebrities that have shown up here to eat even presidents! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome in my short visit here, I hope to return soon.

A must for a meal while visiting Corpus Christi. The fajita plate was soo delicious! The meat was tender, the tortillas were so tasty! The mashed potatoes were buttery, and the rice and beans were authentic! We are visitors and after touring all three of Selena places, we ate lunch at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly!

I am so embarrassed that of all the years I lived in Corpus o never visited the Hi Ho restaurant on Morgan. The tortillas are authenticity soft and delish, the beans were on point, the enchiladas were yummy and the rest of the food was soooo goood. I enjoyed the pictures the walls. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will return for sure

If you are looking for legit authentic mexican food, look no further, their prices can’t be beat! We had the cheese enchilada plate and the chicharron plate, both were legit!

We were told this was one of Selena’s favorite restaurants. The food was great. But tortillas aren’t homemade. The flour ones did taste homemade but they aren’t. But I mean overall the food was great & super packed! That’s a given how good it is.

Hi-Ho is by far one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had.

I discovered this gem while visiting the Selena Museum, and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing as was the service and atmosphere as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ben who’s an amazing guy. He took the time to share the rich history behind the restaurant, which made the experience even more meaningful.

I was recommended by my waitress the carne guisada which was absolutely delicious. (Ps they have the best tortillas somebody could ever taste)

Thanks again and I can’t wait to visit Hi-Ho again!
