We stopped by this burger place because it looked busy, and we thought that had to mean something good. It did not.
We ordered at the counter, paid, and were told it would be “just a few minutes.” So we stood there waiting. Ten minutes passed. Then twenty. No food, no update, nothing.
While we were waiting, the front door kept swinging open every few minutes. People were coming in and out carrying big cardboard boxes like it was a shipping center, not a restaurant. Cold air rushed in every time. Staff seemed more focused on moving boxes than making orders.
When we asked about our food, they looked at us like we were interrupting. No apology. Just “it’s coming.” It wasn’t coming.
A couple of the guys behind the counter kept looking over at my boyfriend, kind of sizing him up, whispering to each other instead of helping customers. It made the whole situation feel tense and uncomfortable for no reason.
After almost 40 minutes, we still had nothing. We asked for a refund, and even that seemed like a problem for them. We left hungry, frustrated, and honestly confused about what we had just walked into.
We would have been more full from eating out of a dumpster.
We definitely won’t be back and encourage you to find a different restaurant too.

An absolute failure of food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was approximately the quality of a middle-school chicken sandwich. Dry to the point of near inedible, bun and chicken. No condiments to be had beyond ketchup and mustard, had to choke it down with water for every bite. I didn’t finish it. Did I mention it cost $19? Please ignore this place. My milkshake was also nearly totally melted.

A new location opened a few weeks ago and my coworker and I thought we would give it a try. When we arrived it was cold and they had the doors propped open. We asked to close them and two employees had to go find a manager and asked permission to close the door which seemed absurd but not a big deal. We ordered and for a burger and fries it was $15. That is pretty steep but you get what you pay for so we will see what happens. I asked for a ranch on the side and the lady said they could not do that and had to ask a line cook who told her that obviously we can accommodate that request. The burger was good but the order of french fries was pathetic and underwhelming. There were 18 french fries in a bag that was four times bigger than it needed to be. When we were leaving my coworker asked to have his drink refilled and they refused saying it was cross contaminated. This was the first day they had opened this location and we were the only people in there. To say no to this request was definitely the straw that broke the camel’s back.

If you are paying this kind of money to go to a place that has a very good reputation you expect none of these things to happen let alone all of them. We will never come back here and have told numerous possible customers to avoid at all costs. Definitely go to Wahlburgers or another burger joint.

Not sure why the low score reviews for these ballpark burgers. The staff is working hard for the masses to enjoy a double patty cheese burger. Sure it’s $17 but every thing at Truist is expenses like beer for 10 and 11 dollars. These burgers are dang good.

I’ve had the original Holeman & Finch burger. I’ve had the ones at Ponce City Market. I’ve had the ones at Turner Field. All fantastic. I tried these at a World Series game back in 2021 and it tasted like a generic ballpark burger. I went to a game last night and decided to give it another shot, waited 20 minutes in line and paid $20 for a very burnt burger. Half of it tasted ok. But how do you send this out of the kitchen? It was a bit crunchy. Never trying these again. It’s a shame because a true H&F burger is amazing.

I will admit the shirts that the staff all wear is awesome at least.

I love a good cheeseburger and have heard so much hype about the famed H & F burger. Visiting Truist Park for a Braves game, what a great time for a burger. I was so disappointed. Bland, dry, tasteless. Please don’t waste your time. The Dasani had more flavor. The fries were okay. Everything was lukewarm. Everything needed salt. None offered. A waste of $30. No seating. Had to find a seat near the pavilion.

$21 for a stale, bland, pre-made old burger. If you’re looking to get an overpriced 1 dimensional burger, this is your spot!

If you’re gonna charge $21 for a burger, at least make it good. School cafeteria makes better burgers

Not bad at all. As they say ‘Burger Time All a the Time’ and that time was really good for me. I grabbed the original burger, and a soda. You can order a chicken sandwich, a veggie burger or a hot dog, beside the beef burger. They also sell shakes. The order comes really fast and hot. I loved it.

Don’t know why someone wrote the burgers are $17; they were $21! Not a good value as they were pre-made, not fresh, and dry. Fries were soggy but ok. The burgers INSIDE Truist Park were $7 less and came with curly fries. The employees were friendly but there have to be better options than H&F.
