I had to change my ok review From 3 stars to one star. If there was a negative I would give it to them. I asked for fresh fries. I got fresh refried feyes, and yes, they tasted burnt. The 2 son of Baconaters was cold.
I asked for them because I figured. They would be old. It was 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get no discount for my food and I have tried to reach them on the phone to let them know of my experience. No one will answer. I’m sure they know who’s calling.
Very dirty makes you hope the work area where they make your food is clean. Food was fresh and all really good so just clean your lobby, the drink, and condiments area.

This Wendy’s location has been consistently a wonderful experience for me personally. I was surprised to see negative reviews, but I think it goes to show, people are more likely to complain about something that went wrong, rather than compliment and give credit when things went right, especially for something as mundane as fast food. But every time I have been here the food was perfect and the workers were very pleasant! I wonder if the negative reviews just catch them at a bad time.

Every time I show up for breakfast I am asked to pull forward. Mind you thru are not at all busy, and every single time it takes them 15-20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Last week I had to go inside and one of them had my order in his hands and said we are waiting on fries. I didn’t order fries. There was a full crew and they were standing around talking and then making excuses as to why I had to come inside after waiting 15 minutes. After an exchange of excuses and me telling them all I ordered was a sandwich and a biscuit the guy holding the bag said here’s your order. It was in his hands the whole time.

Only complaint is the cleanliness. Windows. Looked like they used the same cloth and bucket for the fryers and windows. Drive-thru window was the worst. I couldn’t see through the smears enough to read any signs in store.

This is the best Wendy’s in Southern Illinois. The food is always made EXACTLY as we order it…even with the large orders we place. The staff are professional, very nice, and the employees seems happy and work well together…it’s refreshing to see. We usually have to wait a few minutes, but it’s worth it for fresh food. The food is always put together and packaged very well, and the #1 plus is that the veggies are FRESH every time! Thank you Wendy’s!

New Cajun Crunch Spicy Chicken Sandwich is really good. I got 3 Son of Baconators and they were all double cheeseburgers each having 3 different sets of toppings. All three were good, just don’t know which was a son of baconator.
