This place is tucked in the corner of the plaza across from Mt Sac, next to the used books store. It serves fried chicken that is made to order. The chicken sandwich is HUGE and they are generous with their fries. It was so much, I could barely eat the extra thigh I bought. The skin is very crisp, like Korean fried chicken. It’s well seasoned but minimally spiced. The meat is also very juicy, as if brined or seasoned under the skin. The unique part is they have a variety of seasoning powders to accompany the chicken; I recommend the Sichuan one.

Found this fried chicken place by accident, we were planning to go to an ice creme shop next door but they were closed for remodeling. So we decided to try out this new place. To order, there is a kiosk inside the store. It was very easy to navigate and order. Once the order is submitted, you will get an order number and approximate pick up time via your phone.

Took a 40 minutes drive to get here since friend recommended. AND OMG!!! IT’S WORTH IT!! If you are a fried chicken fan, as big as I am, you can’t miss this place. It’s not like any type of American style or the korean bbq chicken, crispy and juicy in its own way. Please open one in Irvine. OPEN IN IRVINE!!!
