Great food, great customer service! The food was a little on the pricey side. But the portions are correct! I got a double smash with bacon and lettuce, side of tots and a drink. $16 but very worth it! Even though I ate the burger in about 5 bites. Once it settled with the tots I was very full and satisfied! The 80s 90s theme was very cool! We talked about the past and how much we miss it! Definitely give this place a try!

Stopped by Herby’s Burgers and had a solid experience overall. I ordered the OG Smash and added an extra patty (highly recommend doing that) along with fries. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked nicely, and the fries were very seasoned as well.

Shoutout to Jules for the great suggestions and smooth ordering experience. The restaurant itself is very clean and a comfortable place to sit down and eat.

That said, the food was a bit pricey for the portion size, so keep that in mind when ordering.

I use to suffer from mailman pattern blindness disorder, I was an asymptomatic paraplegic and suffered from adult onset autism. Then I ate at Herbie’s and I was instantly cured of all my illnesses and disorders. Thank you Herbie’s. The tatter totes are out of this world, and the OG Big Mac is worthy of a Noble Peace Prize and the Jukebox is capable of curing all conflicts in the Middle East. You’re doing the Lords work, Herb. Keep it up!

No notes. Fantastic smashed patty with all the char you’d expect. The brisket and chuck patty really shines. Delicious house sauce. Soft buttered and toasted bun. The tots are perfect. The whole vibe inside is cool with vintage signs, an autographed poster of Leon Bridges, a juke box, and colorful booths. Really nice people. 11/10

First time here had the basic burger and tots with a soda forgot what it’s called it’s 50 cents per add on cheese jalapeños etc. Burger meat was not thick more so flat patty . i paid like $16 .. a bit pricey but worth trying out for the experience.

This place is super cute with a great atmosphere. I love the vibes. And the burgers are great. The fries are usually pretty good but sometimes they put wayy too much seasoning. A cute place for a friend or two (it’s not huge, only maybe five booths) And they have a community wall which I love. I will say the bathrooms are super nasty. Like hold it and go home nasty but other than that they’re great!!

Best burger I’ve had in Dallas! I’ve not seen crispy edges like that in a while. Excellent pickle ratio. Fries are legit. The vibe is classic. A+

I got the OG smash and yes, it was a smash burger, which means thin, crispy edges and the kind of flavor that makes you forgive humanity for a few minutes. The sauce was on point, but I found myself wishing for more grilled onions and pickles. Apparently, I like my toppings with commitment issues.

The fries were well seasoned and basically saved the day since the burger alone was not quite enough. Think of them as the dependable sidekick who carries the whole superhero movie.

The place itself is very low-key. Classic burger joint vibes, plenty of seating, and no need to hover awkwardly by the soda machine waiting for a table. Service was friendly, which always makes me suspicious, but in this case I’ll allow it.

Final verdict: Solid burger, great sauce, excellent fries. Order extra onions and pickles if you believe in living without regrets.

The burger was good, especially with the extra patty, and the crispy edges made it stand out. The tater tots were also quite good. French fries were tasteless. Tater tots over the fries
