Finally got a reservation to the Rabbit Hole and is definitely worth the hype. Food were delicious, carely curated, and could taste the effort the chefs put into the experience. The way the different textures, colors, and flavors come together- going to be dreaming about the meal for years to come. Best birthday dinner to date!

we ordered food from here since we stayed at the hotel. we only ordered breakfast and had a few drinks one night. the breakfast was pretty good. i got the henley scramble and it came with scrambled eggs in veggies, sausage gravy, and grits. it was a good plate but needed salt on the grits. we got the side of tater tots in cheese and i thought those were pretty standard. nothing too special but still good.

the dinner menu items were i think too much for me? the main item on the dishes sounded good but it was the items paired with it that didn’t sound good. that’s just my opinion but im giving my review based on what i actually ate.

overall it’s a beautiful restaurant with good food but maybe the dinner menu items just aren’t for my liking.

This will be a lengthy review, so the short version is “An experience well beyond expectation”. My review is of The Rabbit Hole at Henley.

I visited the Henley website and emailed the link regarding the Rabbit Hole experience in order to surprise my wife, as we intended to spend a night “out on the town” as a way to celebrate what would have been our daughter’s 16th birthday.

I received a prompt response from Chef Kristin, Henley’s Executive Chef. She was more than gracious and accommodating, and I was able to make a reservation seamlessly through a provided link.

We arrived at the restaurant roughly twenty minutes early and were immediately seated at the bar in reserved seats. After a flute of quality champagne each, Jeanetta led us to the Rabbit Hole, located within the kitchen. Jeanetta would play a vital role in the experience as she exclusively handles the Rabbit Hole table.

The ambiance of the main restaurant feels like what I imagine a modern speakeasy would. Well decorated, laid back, but with a sense of elegance and style. The Rabbit Hole has a romantic yet moody feel to it, with, as I understand it, decor and vintage flatware and dishware selected by Chef Kristin.

After introductions with Chef Kristin, the artistry began. We experienced a multitude of truly amazing dishes, each crafted and prepared by the Chef within ten feet of us and presented to us with a detailed description of the dish and it’s ingredients.

The portions were perfect, leading to a pleasant contentment following the experience. Every dish was beyond amazing. Even the singular dish we were not overly fond of was a masterpiece, just not fitting our individual tastes.

The meal was rounded off with a sampling of desserts artfully created by Dessert Chef Caitlyn, sealing the evening as a memory to withstand the test of time for my wife and I, and, we feel, befitting the memory our daughter.

There are so many amazing aspects of the evening I have chosen to omit, simply because the magic of it is best experienced firsthand. This was not, in our our eyes, an inexpensive experience, but was worth tenfold what was paid. To Chef Kristin, Chef Caitlyn, our amazing waitress Jeanetta, and their fellow staff whose names regretfully escape me, thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts, for celebrating with us an indescribably important event in our lives.

~ R & K.

P.S. My wife and I took note of the kindness and respect Chef Kristin and the Henley staff showed each other throughout our evening, and that added to our own evening. We highly recommend Henley, and will continue to do so to all who will listen.

We ate on a late Sunday afternoon, so it was pretty empty, but the carne asada breakfast tacos, with an accompanying glass of wine, tasted great after a day of flying. Wife wasn’t as keen on her chicken sandwich, though.

9/20/2025 stopped by here for dinner. This place wasnt busy at all for a Saturday night which was strange. I ordered the pork belly appetizer and for entrée I ordered the trout, banana pudding, and crab pasta. The trout and crab pasta were both delicious. Unfortunately the banana pudding with bacon in it was not appealing, at all. Doesn’t need bacon for any reason.

The waitress seemed rushed and constantly came to our table which was a bit much. We ordered drinks and it took too long, I looked over at the bar and the bar tender was yapping instead of making drinks. I am thinking they have service problems here causing this place not to be busy.

The Southern Benny is a fantastic take on a traditional eggs Benedict. The biscuits are seasoned beautifully, and the sausage is delicious. The Henley scramble with added pork belly is also a fabulous choice. The pork belly is incredible! Our server also took our request for a flat white coffee and was willing to learn how to make it. Overall, a very enjoyable brunch. Highly recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem. The happy hour is so incredible. We ordered the French onion dip, the goat cheese spread and the dynamite chicken. Those three items were delicious, hot and fresh. We also ordered a Black Pearl cocktail, followed by the soup and crab toast. We were pleasantly pleased by all the tasty food and the service was wonderful. Mo went above and beyond to connect with us, and make us feel welcome. She told us she was from Cincinnati, and learning the area, but she already has learned the Nashville Southern hospitality. Thank you, Mo! I will be recommending this location to all my clients.
