Ordered a venti matcha latte with 3 honey pockets instead of sweetener. The person told them to use the honey packets, but they didn’t add any sugar. I’m type one diabetic so I gave myself insulin to handle the honey that was supposed to be there. Staff is way too focused on speed and not paying attention to the orders.
Normally it’s good, but this is dangerous and highly unappreciated.

They made me the wrong drink. Told a barista and she made me the correct one. It was excellent. This location always good with their way of making the drinks. Wish all starbucks were.

I’ve only had a few instances where my regular wasn’t made right, but mistakes happen, and it was fixed with no issue. Drinks are always made the right way if ordered on the app. With a personal note, which makes my day . I’ve never had to wait; the drink was always made on time and before I walk in the door.

I love starbucks, I have been to several starbucks in different states, but these guys at this location were very inefficient… they took forever to get my coffee and sandwich… they never called my name up and I approached the counter a couple of times to ask for my order and they did not have it ready… on my third attempt they guy said…”oh your drink is there” it was already cold and my sandwich was not what I ordered and was mad coz I told him it was cold and not what I ordered, he threw the sandwich to the garbage and went to get another one… I was not the only customer getting the wrong order… I guess it was only my luck…

Came for my usual, and it didn’t taste right. I came back in and told them it doesn’t taste right and they were giving me such a bad attitude, they started whispering to each other which is wrong considering I pay $10.20 for my ONE coffee. I just want it to be drinkable and not be bullied by a barista because it didn’t taste right.

This is hidden right off the freeway for a quick stop as you’re traveling 580. They have clean restrooms. Their coffee is not gluten-free, but they do carry some celiac safe snacks and drinks in the refrigerator.
