This is the largest Hell’s Kitchen in the US and it was very good. We ordered the traditional Beef Wellington along with the bone marrow and Lobster Mac and cheese and they all were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant inside Harrah’s Southern California Resort.

Came here for a girls night to celebrate my besties birthday and it was unbelievable! We ordered the bone marrow for an appetizer and this was hands down the best that I have ever had. We ordered the Salmon and Short Ribs for dinner with a side of cauliflower. The ribs were absolutely delicious the Salmon was really good too I just wasn’t as “wowed” by the flavors as the other dishes. The cauliflower was not very good and didn’t vibe well with the dishes that we ordered. They brought out a small dessert for my friends birthday and it was really good but we were so full. Overall this was an amazing food experience that I would definitely recommend looking forward to going back and trying some other dishes.

Hell’s Kitchen at Valley Center absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Bianca, the hostess, who set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
My server George and his assistant Alyssa provided truly outstanding service—attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to offer great recommendations. I ultimately chose the filet along with the bone marrow appetizer, and both were phenomenal and cooked to perfection.
I also took full advantage of happy hour and enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails poured by the talented Jenika—each one was spot on.
The experience was so good that I actually dined here twice during my recent stay at Harrah’s. That alone says it all. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Hell’s Kitchen Valley Center to anyone looking for top-tier food and service.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The Beef Wellington was perfectly cooked, moist, tender, and beautifully seasoned, exactly what you hope for and more. The lobster risotto was equally impressive, rich, flavorful, and well balanced without being heavy.

What truly elevated the evening was the service. The staff was attentive, warm, and incredibly accommodating, making the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. From the food to the hospitality, everything met this level of restaurant.

Recommend and absolutely worth the visit.

I made reservations for Christmas evening and when we got there it was packed! I had the Prix Fixe 3-course dinner with 3 scallops (appetizer), Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding (dessert). It really was delicious, especially the scallops. But they only served me a plate of 3 small size scallops so I’m not sure if that’s because it’s part of the Prix Fixe course and the 5 scallop dish is the full prixe appetizer? Anyways, my mom had the New York steak which was exceptional. My dad had the crispy salmon which was not as good as he had hoped and when I tasted it, it seemed a bit under seasoned. The hostess and servers were very friendly and not over bearing and the atmosphere is dim yet vibrant and very busy. And just as we had expected, all three of our main dishes were served at the exact same time!

I was really looking forward to dining here because of the restaurant’s reputation and high-end pricing. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Everything was fine until my Prime New York steak arrived. It was served with maitake mushrooms on top. Because the restaurant lighting is very dark, I did not notice anything unusual at first. I only realized there was a hair when I had already put one of the mushrooms in my mouth. It was absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up, my appetite was completely gone, and my evening was ruined.

After that, I noticed the waiters standing off to the side near the kitchen area, discussing among themselves whose hair it might be and whether it came from the cooks.

The manager came over and asked if I wanted a replacement steak, but after that experience, I said no. In the end, they only removed the price of the steak from the check, with no real effort to properly address the situation.

We still left a 20% tip for the waitstaff, because this was never about money. However, due to this experience, I will never return to this restaurant.

For a place that presents itself as high end, this was unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Took my SO to Hell’s Kitchen in Funner for their birthday and honestly… it was the right move.

First off, it was a quieter mid-week night, which I’m hoping is just a timing thing because this place deserves to be buzzing. That said, the calm made it feel even more special and intimate.

Not pictured: the butternut squash soup. Velvety. Creamy. Absolute perfection. It was one of those “pause mid-bite and look at each other” moments.

Now the Wellington. I was pumped to learn they changed the recipe and removed the prosciutto. Since I don’t eat pork, I was like — game on. And wow. I have never had a more tender cut of beef in my life. Perfectly cooked, buttery soft, wrapped in that pastry… it completely lived up to the hype.

Dessert — the chocolate — was the perfect ending. Rich but not overkill. Just enough indulgence to close out a birthday meal the right way.

Yes, it’s pricey. Maybe even a little overpriced. But you’re also getting top-shelf everything — ingredients, execution, presentation, service. This isn’t an everyday restaurant. It’s not supposed to be. For an occasion? I honestly can’t think of a better place to celebrate.

We walked out full, happy, and feeling like the night mattered. That’s kind of the whole point.

We came to Hell’s Kitchen on Friday evening to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The place was very busy, which was expected, and the interior is really nice with a great atmosphere.

Our waiter was genuinely kind and accommodating — not fake or rushed — and really tried to help and make the experience pleasant, which we appreciated a lot.

We ordered the pre-fixed menu with Beef Wellington, scallops, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was okay, just okay. I honestly expected more given the hype. Everything felt warm rather than hot for some reason, which took away from the experience.

The restaurant is definitely pricey, but that’s expected for this place and concept. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable night out, but not quite a 5-star experience for us.

It’s insane that the servers have literally the best timing I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We never had to look for them because they popped up precisely whenever we needed something. Plus the food was to die for! Gordon did NOT disappoint!

Date of visit was September 6, ‘25. Absolutely fantastic from the moment you walk up to the outside of the restaurant. Walk in the door and you feel you will have a good experience. Immediately asked if we were celebrating anything before we were even seated at our table. Once we were at our table, the service was top-notch, pleasant and enjoyable. Our waiter treated us like we were his friends even though we had just met. Service was prompt. Glasses were refilled with beverages without need of asking. Very knowledgeable about the food. The atmosphere top-notch, wonderful seating, great ambience. Even down to the flatware and dishes. They were the same ones. I’ve seen them used on a show. Very nice. Chairs very comfortable to sit in. The food absolutely did not disappoint. We had the lobster risotto, which had me asking why I hadn’t had anything like that before in my life. The scallops wonderful. My fillet absolutely scrumptious, cooked to perfection. Asparagus, crab for my steak topper wonderful. Dessert the Chocolate Mousse wonderful with the chocolate gelato, so rich and fulfilling. The signature dessert from Gordon Ramsay of sticky toffee pudding was divine. Also very rich and decadent.

Coming away from the experience the meal was wonderful. I loved being there and would not hesitate to go back in the future. Yummmmmy!!!!!!
