The only thing I could add to make Hothead Burrito Better is they need to add way more locations !! There are none in northeast Ohio so we have to travel an hour to get the Hottest , Best Tasting Most Customizable Burrito’s

Tonight’s pickup order here was my last. They regularly do not include the chips that I order (and obviously paid for), and tonight when I opened my bowl, I realized it looked like less food than usual. When I started mixing it up, I realized that not only had they given me white rice instead of brown, but there was no meat in my bowl whatsoever. I ordered chicken. I will usually grab a pickup order here after an extremely busy day but this was definitely my last.

Slightly above average fast food. Nothing poor. Food is typically fresh. Herded through with cashier wanting a tip. Sorry, I don’t tip if I have to order my food standing up, get my own drink, and throw away my trash.
My most recent visit, every tortilla chip in the bag was broken like it was the bottom crap of a bag. Just another reason why I didn’t tip. They don’t really care per se, just want your dollar.

Stopped by for something quick, and that’s what I got! The service was phenomenal. The team members were very kind, very informative and super helpful when placing my order. The young gentleman who made my bowl was very nice and informed me about their 2 for 16 special, to which prompted me to partake in that. Without his help, I would’ve missed out on that deal!

Food is consistently good here, and it’s something our whole family usually enjoys. The larger gentleman who manages the place (I didn’t catch his name) is always very friendly and welcoming, which has made our visits even better.
Update – 12/20/25:
Downgrading 5 to 1 stars, as today’s experience was not acceptable. The app advertised a 50% off online order coupon that also clearly showed a “redeem in-store” option, with text stating “stop in today or use reward online.” However, the coupon did not work in-store—even when using the provided QR code in the app—and the staff offered no resolution.
This is misleading and feels like false advertising. Disappointing experience overall.

One never knows who’s going to be preparing their meal. Some workers are so careful to be sure the portions are small. That’s very frustrating.
Often there is low volume of certain prepared foods in the containers on the line and it feels like we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel. Visual is very important in food service. Scraping the bottom of the barrel is not a good look.
Most associates do not make me feel like a valued customer, only a customer.

It’s always great! Lots of dairy free and gluten free options. It’s a really good place to go with people who have food allergies.

Absolutely loved walking into this hot heads today, everyone was so friendly. Loved the personal conversations I had about my photography with the manager just appreciate the fact that he asked. The guys who cashed me out was also so nice and had some fun conversations with him! In general really loved the environment at this hot heads!

It’s frustrating because I have been going to HH since they opened in Niles. Nearly weekly. They are starting to charge for more and more things. A certain type of cheese, or an extra sauce, a little more rice, ect. What happened to a bowl is a bowl no matter what’s in it. I get cc harging for extra meat, but this is ridiculous.
