Great home-cooked New Mexican diner. This place has become my regular weekend breakfast spot.

Chilli rellenos with eggs were amazing, as were the chocolat chip pancakes (substituted the chocolate and caramel syrup for fresh fruit).

Staff are friendly and attentive without being in your face. Coffee and water is constantly filled up and food is delivered promptly. Recommend ordering your breakfast and then order a sandwich to go for lunch to get the best out of this great diner.

We came to watch the balloons! Wonderful views! Loved our server and our food. I tried the Santa Fe cakes — blue corn pancakes with green chile, cheese, and piñon. So good! Coffee was very good too.

We came here for breakfast on a Friday morning, myself, my two kids and my wife. We sat right away, seating ourselves at one of a few open tables. Our waiter was very attentive and came right over and greeted us. He remained attentive and nice throughout the meal. Service was solid across the board.

We’d come for breakfast and the menu has a pretty sizable selection of options. I got the avocado toast, my wife got an omelette, one of my kids got a burrito, and the other got a skillet.

My wife and I also got coffee. The coffee was so so, it didn’t smell like much and was standard diner coffee. The skillet and burrito both seemed pretty good. I had some of the burrito later as leftovers and it was tasty.

My avocado toast was okay, but they smashed the avocado which is a risky move because it causes it to oxidize and take on a bitter taste unless you add lemon juice and start making your way towards guacamole. I prefer my avocado to be sliced on avocado toast. Or else it has to be smashed very freshly. Unfortunately this did start to pick up a bit of that bitter taste. It was three slices of toast with eggs, bacon, and tomato on the different slices respectively. I asked for sourdough, and I suppose it was, but it wasn’t very flavorful sourdough. Overall it was okay but again the avocado flavor wasn’t the greatest.

Unfortunately, my wife really didn’t like her omelette. She found it to be very dry/overcooked and I guess a lot of the filling was actually outside of the omelette which threw her for a bit of a loop. But the dryness I think was her biggest issue.

There were many items we didn’t try, and so we might consider coming back, but unfortunately the food wasn’t our favorite at this first visit. Service was great, and it was nice to get out into a bustling and chatty atmosphere.

We sat in the outdoor patio. It was a very nice peaceful morning. Staff was very attentive & very kind. My grandson ordered the Mule. He loved it! My daughter reccomended the Sante fe pancakes. Wow! Whoever thought of this gets a high five. Absolutly delicious. I will definitly b back & will let my friends know about this place!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress Lexi. She was welcoming, attentive, and always checked on us without being intrusive. She made great recommendations, and everything arrived quickly and exactly as we ordered. Her warm attitude made the whole meal more enjoyable. I would gladly come back again because of her excellent service.

So day 3 in New Mexico, and our director brought me to this place for breakfast. So far, it has been amazing, and Hello Deli is holding on to that trend.

Their is plenty of seating inside and outside. However, the outside is just lovely. There is a nice view of some bridge and a walking path I believe.

The service was super fast and they do have non-dairy options for your coffee. I had the sante fe skillet, which sounded just awesome, and indeed it was.

I have been told to start with having the chili on the side to start since I am not used it on everything. The red chili was much spicier for me than the green chili. Green had a nice sweetness to it, but both had lots of flavor. Everything about the dish was great.

They have a whole bunch of more items on the menu, and I am excited to have their pancakes next time. I heard they are insanely good. I def recommend it here.

Not inviting , met by a gentleman . Brought us to our seat which was very close to other tables and chairs . I asked to move somewhere with more space because my husband pretty tall and didn’t want to disturb our experience by getting hit with other people’s chairs . Was met with immediate attitude as he tossed the menus on the table and walked away with a clear expression change. Also the waitress who came after was extremely rude not attentive. My cup was dirty and when I asked for another cup they brought my drink back with no ice . Food came cold and with a clear indentation of a finger marking . The waitress said it was a because the chile and gravy mix . Which obviously wasn’t true, I didn’t eat my food as the mood was ruined by the staff .

Excellent food and service. Jennifer is really on top of things. This was my first time in and everything was quite good. Had a skillet and subbed my protein which was free. Both red and green chile are tasty. Staff is really attentive.

Super good place for breakfast and low cost! Almost everything is $12 or less and the quality is superb! My blue corn pancakes with Chiles were unlike any I have had before. The eggs and ham also spit on tasty. My wife loved her Monte Cristo and could not even start on the has browns it was so big. Service is quick and kind here also. Not too busy at all for a weekend either. Maybe it’s still a hidden gem or something… Not for long with these grubs!
