I ordered two drinks, pick up inside. They forgot one of my drinks. After waiting 20 min my husband asked and was told they’d get it. They had to replace the nitro tank and never said anything to is sitting there. When we got our drink, there was no sorry, nothing she just put it on the counter and walked away, it didn’t even taste right. She was really not in the mood to work there. We watched all the other baristas are smiling and writing on the cups but we got the rude one. I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks till now.

I was regular customer but no more Starbucks
After charging good amount of bill they ask you for Tip if you skip tip they will not serve you good cofee and service.
Latte coffe was very bad
No stire stick, forgot to gave butter Croissant, gave freezing croissant after 3 reminders, staff was very rude

Really bad experience today evening of June 19 2025. I ordered a Caramel Frappuchino without whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle on top. When I took the drink, there was no caramel on the top. I asked the two female barista to check for me but they didn’t care, telling me that they added the caramel, no even take a look at the drink. It really made me upset and frustrated. I did pay my money for my drink, but the service that I received is worse than charity.

I was at your Starbucks recently, trying to enjoy a treat with my puppy and record a short video of them enjoying a pup cup. Unfortunately, the associate on duty made a scene and made us feel unwelcome.
I was shocked by the reaction, as I expected a friendly and accommodating environment, especially since my actions were harmless and simply meant to capture a sweet moment. This experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable.
I hope Starbucks can address this incident with your team and ensure that all customers and their pets are treated with kindness and respect in the future.

It still has the jist of everything the other Starbucks had, but we waited for a ridiculously long time for our drinks. Most of the staff were just sitting around, and when we came to order, our cashier left mid-order to get something. Everything else was fine.

We have had excellent service at this location. A gentleman named Philip helped us and was very sweet as well as very professional. I’m usually difficult on my orders because I’m so picky. However, it was No problem at all for Philip. I must say this location is very blessed to have him and I hope he is rewarded for his efforts!!! Would highly recommend this location to anyone!!

The staff here is incredibly friendly! They always greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. Not to mention, their drinks are always on point. I’ve been coming here for my morning coffee for the past 10 years, since I work and live nearby. It’s become a part of my daily routine, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The employees here have clearly been trained well in brightening their customers’ day, and they do it with such enthusiasm. It’s truly a pleasure to start my mornings here.

I visited on 10/29/2025, this location and a guy took my order around 6pm evening with poor service.
I asked for iced latte but he made hot, next I paid for 14 syrup he just add 3 which is too bad.
If this guy serves more I and my friends would stop to come at this location.
