While HEEMO sushi came highly recommended, I unfortunately cannot offer the same praise. There are several other sushi restaurants in the area that provide a far superior experience.
To start on a positive note, the staff at HEEMO was friendly, and we were seated quickly without any wait. Additionally, the prices were reasonable.
However, my experience was marred by several issues. First, our order was incorrect; the staff mistakenly placed the wrong dishes at our table. After bringing this to their attention, we noticed they simply served our intended order to another table. When our rolls finally arrived, they fell apart as we tried to lift them with chopsticks, and the fish was chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Furthermore, our waitress seemed to forget about us entirely, as she did not check in to see if we needed anything or offer to refill our drinks.
Based on these experiences, I would not recommend HEEMO sushi to others.

I’ve been going to Heemo sushi at least once a week for the last 3 years. The service is consistently excellent every time. The sushi chefs greet you when you walk in and right away you feel welcomed. On top of that, the sushi is of a the highest quality (See the photos I’ve attached). I highly recommend this place if you want to have the best sushi in Orange. Enjoy!!

The restaurant’s overall atmosphere was fantastic. We received a warm welcome from a gentleman, possible the manager or owner. We seated within five minutes. Our server was great, swiftly taking our drink orders and offering recommendations. The king salmon rolls, one of his suggestions, which I ordered. However, do be mindful they are large end of the spectrum for rolls. The sashimi was not like other places with thinner slices, here you get a generous portion of high-quality fish with a distinct flavor. The Caliente roll stood out for its taste, size, and savoriness a definite must-try, so much so that I almost forgot to snap a picture! While the scallops were enjoyable, especially if you prefer larger rolls, the overall dining experience was excellent, and I look forward to returning to tasting more of their food.

Came in with my best friend for our first time. It was a pleasant experience. The servers were super attentive and not to mention they gave us salmon collar bone. Let me tell you. The salmon collar bone was fantastic. So juicy perfectly seared and cooked to perfection. The mackerel and the core was super delightful. I had sashimi at other places but this hits the spot. Affordable and reasonable. Presentation was beyond our eyes. We ordered so much food I think we left with cankles at the end of our lunch date. She not a big sushi fan but she def said we need to keep coming back. Thank you so much for our amazing experience we will visit you guys soon. No one wonder why they are always busy on the weekends they got some good quality fish you won’t be disappointed

If you visit here no other ayce restaurant will be able to go. The food plating was so beautiful and I couldn’t help taking a picture. The food was in good harmony and it was so delicious that it melted in my mouth. All the ingredients were fresh and ate a lot, but did not feel greasy.

We came here for a birthday. The atmosphere is really good and fun. Casual and the servers were friendly and helpful.
For the birthday, they lowered the lights and sang (embarrassing for my oldest), and brought a lighted crown for them too.

Absolutely loved the sushi restaurant! The flavors were incredibly delicious, and you could tell everything was super fresh. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and the service was really friendly. A definite win!

We’re always looking to try new all you can eat sushi restaurants and decided to give Heemo Sushi a try and we are so glad we did. The price is reasonable, the food was good, but we do wish they put more rice on their sushi. The fish to sushi ratio was disappointing and at times the service was really slow but besides that, we were happy with our decision to eat here. They had a good selection of rolls and sushi. I would recommend at least trying this place once.

-Good customer service. Everyone is your waiter. You need water, there’s someone making sure you got it. Your food needs to be delivered, it gets there.
-They put more fish than rice
-It’s a good amount for the cost!! My boyfriend and I are big people and eat alot. We are more than satisfied when we leave here.
