Had the Perch dinner, was excellent. Any day of the week and not just Friday’s, that is a major plus for me. My wife had the all you can eat broiled chicken, was delicious and juicy. The baked French Onion Soup was very tasty. My favorite beer (Hacker-Pschorr) was on tap which I can’t find in many bars & restaraunts. I really like this place, will definitely be back to try the Wienerschnitzel next time. Check this place out if you are near the St. Germain, Eagle River, Arbor Vitae area.

Very friendly and efficient service. Good food. The broasted chicken was excellent as was the French onion soup. Prime rib was fine. Ribs were fine but nothing unusual. The accompanying fresh vegetables (boiled broccoli) was bland with no seasoning. Fresh bread for each table was warm and yummy.

Open Mondays now with a special Monday German menu. Had the Jaeger Schnitzel with Spatzle and it was amazing! Best Brandy Old Fashioned I’ve had in a long time too. Prices are good, wait staff super friendly, and great food and drinks. One of our favorite places “Up North”.

Classic Northwoods restaurant with the bar and lots of noise. But food was very good classic Northwoods fish fry
I had the walleye and my sister had cod. Baked potato for me and she had twice baked potato and the others had french fries
If you looking for a solid Northwoods fish fry they did a really nice job. Our waitress was hustling and bustling she was on top of everything. Of course just note that the place is very loud loud loud loud loud because it’s a bar atmosphere. Nice thing is there’s no smoking and everything was very nostalgic down to the skull mounts musky mounts and the vinyl table

Well we return for another fish fry. First of all we had an outstanding waitress
My mother had an accident with her water which ended up all over the floor and she was so awesome how quick she was cleaning it up just making light of it she was fantastic
So we give our waitress a high five
As far as the fish fry I’m not really caring for it that much
I know everybody likes it but it’s just filled with so much breading and although you get very very big pieces I find it just not flavorful and there’s really no seasoning
My sister liked her fish
But I have to decline I would not return for this fish fry. Everybody has different taste buds but it’s just too bland for me and way too much breading
Like over the top too much
The portions are quite large but man
But so much of it is deep fried breading
This time my sister got to take with her some broiled fish as my niece had some
When my sister tried the broiled fish she said she didn’t like it because again there it lacked flavor
Put the portions were very big
So I guess it’s a horse of Peace you’re going to have to decide for yourself
I would not return for the fish fry
That’s just me personally

We went there last night for the Tuesday fish fry. The fish was good and plentiful as always. A young man Jarrett was our server. He was very pleasant and did a great job.

This was mostly a really good place. We had a group of 7 & most of the meals were fantastic but my daughter’s Fettuccine Alfredo was not good. They basically served her noodles in butter with some melted cheese on top. The prime rib, walleye, & steaks along with the appetizers were definitely very good though! Make sure to get the fresh baked bread, you won’t regret it!

This place was AMAZING! JERRETT was our server and he was so attentive, quick, AND knowledgeable about all the food options! He made our night extra enjoyable on top of the beautiful restaurant! Food was amazing, the strawberry and lemon cheesecake was a perfect dessert after a wonderful meal. could not recommend this more! The perfect last meal on our vacation!!!! Awesome. Great views of Big St Germain. Rob was serving up some ice cold Capitol Supper Club and crisp Michael Jordan tequila gimlets. Tuesday night, traditional Wisconsin Fish Fry – she had the Walleye and I had the Cod…this is the reason Fibbers is consistently voted best Fish Fry in the Northwoods. Thanks Barb for making our visit delicious, safe, and comfortable. Visit Fibbers for lunch or dinner, I know you’ll love it, we sure do.

The Friday Fish Fry was a delightful experience. Despite the bustling atmosphere, which resulted in an approximate one-hour wait, the beautiful evening allowed us to savor some old fashioneds at the picnic tables outside.
