Good customer service,delicious fresh &well seasoned food,friendly,clean environment,I had an issue with one of my orders.Contacted the owner because the order was a fried conch ,mixed rice ‘and salad ….when I reached home &opened up the plate there was only lettuce only no onions tomatoes cucumber &etc. I called back right before they were closed,the owner apologized for the incident&assured me that this will not happen again!

The only place I can get a perfect stew conch with color/ tomato sauce( Lambi w/ pat-tomate) close to what I enjoyed in Haiti. Tried another location ( Kasa Champet) worse decision ever. I may not be able to speak for anything else here, but I’ll bet it all for that Lambi

This place is terrible, security guard inside with no mask on and coughing (during this pandemic!!!) before I even placed my order they said they didn’t have any sauce or gravy to go with any meals, how is this even possible? I shoulda ignored the first few red flags,, ordered fried chicken and upon opening my plate after I got home, took one bite only to realize the chicken is still pink with blood still fresh inside. Instead of causing a scene or be disrespectful I just kindly took the plate back and explained to the server and owner that this is unacceptable. I’m glad I got my refund with out any issues but just know that I will NEVER eat at this place again, and if you value your stomac and your money, I suggest you do the same

This is the most tasty food restaurant I ever experienced. Their fish, conch fritters and oxtail are outstanding as a small and new restaurant. The place is very clean.Their customers service is to the roof. If anyone wants to eat some good tasty island foods, please go there. I will recommend this place to anyone who knows their taste.

This place is a hidden away gem. I’ve eaten at MANY Haitian restaurants in the area, and I’m holding this one up there with the best as of now. I know they market themselves as a Caribbean restaurant which is true, but if you’re looking for authentic Haitian food, this is the spot too! The bouyon is amazing definitely use real goat meat, and legumes is extremely flavorful. Highly recommended!

Please DO NOT eat here. Ordered a fried fish $24, that was extremely old. I called and spoke with a young lady Sara and was told that I couldn’t get a refund which was fine however they would replace the order for me. I went up to the restaurant for a replacement and was told by the owner that he will not replace or refund my order that he was in the business of making money.

Food was not tasteful, and when trying to get food remade OWNER made the biggest issue about it. Just horrible customer service and honestly was rude for no reason. They don’t care how they give you the food! It taste like it was cooked and then refrigerated and warmed up, just disgusting. Told me i couldn’t get my money back and then refused to give me a fresh plate in exchange even though i returned the original plate in FULLLL. Wouldn’t recommend… 0/10!!!!

The lady has no service skills on taking orders. Ask about an menu item since some items were out and the lady just did her shoulders like I don’t know…. I was like nevermind! I had someone with me from out of town to try this place. Bad service!!!
