I haven’t ordered here in a while but I was craving some good food. I ordered through the restaurant and when the delivery came I missed a call by 6 minutes.(1 call) when I called back the driver stated he couldn’t find my residence and I should call and cancel my order because he wasn’t coming back. When I called, the person who answered told me to do grub hub or Uber eats. I chose grub hub. After placing the order grub hub says that “this restaurant does not use grub hub carriers they use their own” so when I called back the restaurant he said he told me this by mistake. The manager gets on the phone and says he spoke with the driver and when he arrived at my house there was “2 guys sitting in a car” that made the driver nervous so he left and they won’t be delivering to my residence. So two “black men” sitting in a car immediately means your going to get robbed huh? It couldn’t just have meant they live on this street? So needless to say I didn’t get our food,I’m out 60$ for 3 to 5 days and they won’t deliver to me anymore. And honestly I’m all set

I ordered a lg beef lo mein and a lg lobster sauce. The lo mein was lacking in lo mein, veggies, and seasoning. The lobster sauce I got was a small container and only half full.

I just completed a catering order with them last night and their food was excellent! The order ran a little late but they went the extra mile to use their deliver truck to deliver the food even though I was planning on picking it all up in my car. We had plenty of food leftover after the event and I truly felt like we got our money’s worth. I will be catering from them again in the future and you should consider them too!

I’ve given this place a try 3 times. First experience my boyfriend and I ordered Ragoons and Lomein the first time. The Ragoons didnt have a lot of filling but were still good. Lomein was ok. Second time We ordered $50 worth of food late night and called to make sure it was still coming because we ordered close to when it was going to close. No answer. It stated online that it stopped delivering past 3 am, it was going on 330 and still no food was delivered. We gave up and went to bed. We woke up to calls close to 4am. So we tried calling the restaurant to see if we can work something out. They said the manager wasn’t in till7, to call back, we called back at 7, they said they would call us back in 2 hours. They never did. So we called again nothing. So we decided to call grub hub to see if we can get a refund considering we were getting the run around. Grub hub said we had to call within 24 hours of delivery. So I’m not sure if they were deliberately trying to avoid us so they didn’t have to pay us back. But the last experience I had was on Christmas Eve, my family ordered $100 worth of food. Honestly not worth it. General Gao’s Stir fry is combo, it was just mixed veggies in the sauce. I got a large and it was not a large it was literally the same container they put everything else in plus a small side of rice and 2 small mini spring rolls and a can of soda for $20. The pupu platter for 2 was tiny, I paid $25 RIP OFF. The Teriyaki Chicken was good. I got the vegetables gyozas 12 piece and they were the tiniest gyozas I’ve ever seen. Trader Joes sells a whole bag, bigger portions for $5. This place is a joke. I’ll never order here again. Save your money people. These people should be out of business.

Messed up a delivery and took 40 minutes to correct it, so the food we did get was cold by then (we’re only about 1 mile from the restaurant). Food is really expensive and portions are very thin for the price. Both times I’ve ordered something was burnt. Won’t order again.

This place deserves 0 stars! I don’t even know how to express how incredibly MAD I am. The delivery driver was EXTREMELY RUDE! Not only did he NOT follow the specific DELIVERY NOTES that I provided, he also OBNOXIOUSLY rang my landlords doorbell! Which made him get out of his bed IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and he has work in the morning! This is unacceptable! I can’t even eat the food! The rice tastes burnt! I’m so mad! I will NEVER EVER order from this place again and I will make sure to use my platform to inform others not to come here as well!!!!!!!

It’s pretty standard American-Asian take out. The only good thing about this place is that they stay open until 3am, and if you buy something they’ll let you park in their parking lot. Don’t get the seaweed snacks though, really overpriced. Bubble tea is nice. Staff is usually friendly.

The food is excellent. They may take long to make, but it is worth the wait. The lobster sauce is soooo good. The food tastes ‘clean’. I’d say this is the best Chinese food in Boston so far. Looking forward to going again.

My experience with this restaurant was completely TERRIBLE! I called and placed an order for delivery. I gave my address and was told that it would take an hour to deliver my food… fine. An hour later I received a phone call stating that the driver was outside. I went to my door and NO ONE was there. When I called back , the driver insisted that he was outside of my home and repeated my address to me about 4-5 Times then proceeded to hang up on me. He called back and said that it would take an additional 15 mins to deliver my food. The driver then calls back and asks if I have the tip ready ( at this point he hadn’t arrive at my home yet ). About ten minutes later , I call the restaurant and tell them to cancel my order and issue me a refund because the driver still hadn’t arrived. The worker proceeded to tell me “Don’t order here again, you live too far.” ! The audacity of these people !

Food was good, super expensive. It is cheaper to sit down at a Thai restaurant in Copley than order take out for 2 from here. Only eaten from here once. the prices shocked me a bit but good location , and lack of time will get us all sooner or later like it got me that evening going home. Food was tasty, not greasy, what was supposed to be crunchy was super crunchy. The apps were appetizing, and the Snozzberries tasted like Snozzberries…any way. I may go back in a pinch. maybe a couple times a year spot for me.
