Very impressed by this establishment! I’ve tried a lot of other meal prep options such as Factor, and a few of the local places – this is exactly what I need. Cost effective, delicious and real food. Great flavor, not overly salty or drenched in sauces and excellent for counting macros. Wish I tried it sooner.

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. If your in the area and are looking for a health conscious choice of breakfast lunch or dinner go here. I’m a new customer to HMD & I love it. I can’t believe how good the food actually tastes & how well the meals are portioned! So far I’ve tried the chicken sausage over penne, the balsamic chicken & the beefy broccoli Mac & cheese. Every single meal was delicious & filling (and I’m a really picky eater) Would absolutely recommend & I am definitely ordering more in the future! The only thing I think HMD needs to work on is who they hire to be behind the counter at their stores. I went to the islandia store a while back with my brother to pick up his meals & the cashier girl was rude/unprofessional. When I went yesterday to the Mt. Sinai store to pick up my meals, that lady was also rude, very short & just had an overall attitude as if she didn’t want to be there or help. I am huge on customer service & expect to be treated with respect as a customer. I wouldn’t take away a star for that but do think they need to put more thought into the ones that deal with customers face to face, a smile goes a long way! I can’t wait to purchase again though & try new meals!
