Probably the best st. Louis style ribs I’ve ever had! Meaty, large, tender and great taste. The pulled pork was good as well. My wife had the brisket and said it was outstanding. The sides of beans, cole slaw, and potato salad were all good. Only 3 choices of sauce but you don’t need any, the meat is that good. Friendly service and reasonable prices with a nice view. We’ll be back.

Got the Brisket with coleslaw and baked beans. Wife got pulled pork. It was some of the best brisket I’ve had in my life. Cooked to perfection, pull apart tender, and an amazing crust. If I could eat there every day, I would. I can’t wait to go back. The wife said her pulled pork was fantastic. If you want some amazing food, give this place a try. 100% worth the stop. The owner is funny as hell too. Got a great sense of humor.

This has to be the best BBQ joint in the entire state. Rodney runs a business that has amazing service and food all at a very competitive price. He personally catered for my wedding in Georgia and it was the best BBQ I have had in a while. I definitely recommend their smoked Gouda Mac and cheese!

This is the best BBQ in the state area. I’ve tried almost all of them. Hayesville Q has the best prices and the food is hands down the best flavor. The BBQ sauce is good but it’s not really needed the meat is fresh tender and full of flavor. Do yourself a favor get some of this BBQ. Check out their Facebook page they keep it pretty up to date.

Hayesville Q is owned by a man who came to Hayesville from Texas. I lived in Texas for 11 years and during that time I had some pretty dry, tasteless beef brisket. Hayesville Q’s brisket is divine. It’s smoky, moist, and tender. I’ve had it for lunch a couple of times, picked up a sandwich from his truck at Steins and Wine on the Square, and bought several pounds to serve to friends at a game night (I made sure I had enough for leftovers). His pulled pork is excellent, as are his sides. Hayesville Q is a very welcome addition to Hayesville.
