My lovely bride asked me this morning to pick up a few donuts. What a mistake going to Dunkin. My donuts were not fresh, probably delivered to the store. I had to eat 3/4 of my Boston Cream donut to see the Boston Cream. What a difference the years have changed. Why? No more quality, just sell, sell, sell.

Ordered 50 donut holes, all of them stale and old. In addition, they were not assorted and came completely plain despite the description. They definitely need more thorough inspections on the quality of their food and workers. Biggest waste of money and an overall disappointment. Also called the company number three times to report the quality and never got a person on the other line.

Anybody who knows me, knows I’m a Dunkin addict. I get Dunkin pretty much every day, and I usually don’t have any problems. Except I found a WRAPPER in my sandwich. Didn’t notice until I took a bite. Made we want to throw the rest of my sandwich away. I know it gets busy, but this is unacceptable. It’s not even a little piece… someone definitely should have noticed.

The place and the food has gotten pretty horrible. I ordered wake up wraps and hash browns and the eggs were completely disgusting and they put a crumb or bacon on them and hash browns were like extra salty rocks the coffee taste just like soap and several other times I’ve been there they didn’t have any doughnuts!! ♂️ Ridiculous Not sure wth happen to DD but very disappointing!! Profit before anything else i guess!! Greed is a horrible thing!!

Sitting outside for about 15 minutes at 3 am before they even tried to take my order, car at the window said they had been sitting here for a half an hour. There is a line at the drive-thru at 3 am when there is zero traffic out whatsoever. We pulled up to the drive-thru at 3:02 A.M. we literally ordered one coffee basic as it comes at the speaker… they finally took us at the window at 3:15 A.M. because the people that were sitting there in front of us for over 45 minutes drove off she apologized and asked what we wanted again because they didn’t even get our order. When the pepple in front of us complained the manager was extremely rude and making faces at them which I could see because no one inside was wearing a mask the girl at the window when we pulled up which was not the manager she was not wearing a mask as well.

Coming to this Dunkin’ is like playing the world’s saddest game of “Guess What We’re Out Of Today.” Donuts? Nope. Bagels? Try again. Muffins? LOL. Tea? Only if you bring your own. The staff always look like they just woke up from a nap they didn’t want to be woken from. No urgency, no smiles, just pure “why are you here?” energy. The line moves slower than my will to return. At this point, I think the only thing consistently available here is disappointment. I’d be better off brewing coffee with my tears and eating a paper towel.

As a DoorDash driver, it took me nearly 45 minutes to receive my order, to deliver. The employees don’t care because they are working for hourly pay (and then there’s me, working per delivery). They asked me three times what the name of my order was and then proceeded to still ignore me and prepare other orders. This Dunkin has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a whole. If you are trying to make money delivering dont even try utilizing this Dunkin as an option. They take all the time in the world and don’t care that your time equals money as well. Selfish and disrespectful experience here.
