We were anticipating this restaurant for days leading up to our trip to Vegas and it didn’t disappoint! I loved everything we ordered. The ribs, mac, candied yams, greens, smoked wings, and the Cajun salmon were amazing. I will think about this food forever. This place was definitely a 10/10. A family friend recommended it and it did not disappoint. The meat is tender and well seasoned. The yams are some of the best I’ve ever had and my kids really enjoyed the mac n cheese as well. Service was great and super quick, our waitress Christina was very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

My husband and I visited Vegas to celebrate my birthday and had to try this restaurant after seeing it on TikTok — and it absolutely did not disappoint! The service was incredible from start to finish. Maddie was an amazing server, and even the chefs and owner came by to check on us, which made the experience feel extra special. The food was outstanding, and the restaurant itself is beautifully put together. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to come have some barbecue. It’s a smaller menu of items but all the meat choices were delicious. Their sides were good, macaroni being my favorite! Their corn bread is so fire too! The service was a bit slow but everything was served correctly. Their portions are good minus the filet of catfish, that was a bit small. Picture of catfish posted.

Visited Hattie Marie’s Texas Style BBQ & Cajun Kitchen in Las Vegas while in town from Illinois. The service was great — everyone was friendly and attentive. The brisket and ribs were tender, and the sauce was so good I bought some to take home! The catfish had great flavor, and the sides — greens, cabbage, mac & cheese, and yams — were all solid.
One thing to note: our food didn’t come out all together, so we had to wait for everyone to get their plates before we could eat. The gumbo was just okay for me.
A highlight for sure: this Las Vegas location is franchised/owned by former NFL star Brandon Marshall (Super Bowl 50 champion) and the décor pays tribute to both the namesake, “Hattie Marie” and Marshall’s football legacy — you’ll spot sports memorabilia and nods to the owner’s career. 
Overall, the flavors were on point, you can tell they put love into their cooking, and the vibe is fun especially if you appreciate that sports-meets-Southern comfort ambiance. Definitely worth a try if you’re in Vegas and craving some down-home flavor.

Mandy was amazing! She brought a down-home feel to our visit. She helped make the choices easy (lots of great options to try) as well as offering an Arnold Palmer as a sub as there aren’t free refills on Sweet Tea.
Highly recommended for a great BBQ spot even better as close to the Strip!

I visited Hattie Marie’s, owned by Brandon Marshall, and had a fantastic experience. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and promptly seated. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed.
The restaurant offers a comfortable setup with open bar seating, tables, and booths. I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich with one side. The brisket on the bun, prepared in a style similar to pulled pork, was slightly dry on its own, but once I added their house barbecue sauce, the flavors came together beautifully. I also ordered the à la carte brisket, which was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor—the sauce took it to the next level.
The macaroni and cheese was so good I had to order a second serving because I didn’t want to share. The candied yams were sweet and rich—exactly how yams should be.
My wife ordered the baked chicken with two sides—macaroni and yams. The portion was generous, and though she couldn’t finish it all, she loved every bite.
Overall, Hattie Marie’s delivered great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for that brisket and mac & cheese.

Everything I ordered was amazing especially the macaroni and cheese…. omg you have to try it for yourself! I stopped by here because I’ve seen it on IG and I had to try it before heading back home to California. I had the Fried Catfish, Collard Greens, Fried Shrimp, Mac n Cheese, Cornbread. I also tried their Beignets, it was a hard chose to make but I went with the banana pudding beignet and it was good. I also had a peach Lemonade and that was good too. The server was polite. I wish I had room to taste more. The atmosphere was great and loved the music selection as well. There was a lady going around asking to take pictures, I’m not sure of the cost of her services but she politely walked away as I declined her service.
