I ordered a meal that was $13 on the menu, I was charged $18. Apart from that the food didn’t have much flavor, especially for $18. I also noticed that they upcharge for take out, but dining in was cheaper which didn’t make sense to me. Instantly regretted not cooking my own meal. On a brighter note, the wait was short and my food was very fresh. While I understand that restaurants try to stay away from salt, I wish it was more seasoned.

We absolutely adore this spot. Me and my bestie love going on a little drive to get what we say is the best PR food in the area. They are amazing when we go in. Food always fresh and delicious. Staff is always good to us and friendly. We try to get out there at least once a month as a treat to ourselves. Thank you ladies for all you do. Keeping the best of Puerto Rican Cuisine Just to drive away.

Food was amazing all around great taste. I could barely finish my meal from how much food I was given. Great prices as well. Only complaint was the oil in the fried food tasted a bit old. I did go in later on which could be the main reason for this so not really a problem.

Walked in and stood at counter behind another customer while we were both ignored by the two people working. The woman was waiting tables and the man was just roaming around near the cash register. A simple “we will be right with you” to at least acknowledge our presence would have been nice. I ordered a meal and was charged $2.00 more than what is advertised on the menu. The pork was extremely dry and I was only given a small amount. The majority of the meal was rice. The alcapurias were so greasy that it soaked right through the bag onto my leather car seats. Won’t bother stopping in here again.

Went early in the morning to try their alcapurias I ordered a yuca and guineo both were so greesy the pernil inside of them were greasy, and barely had meat with just one bite from them you could see the oil drip down my mouth and the service was terrible i got there and there was 3 ladies standing, one went to the back and the old lady there just looked at me and started attending the next guy who came after me then the lady with the Puerto Rican shirt asked me very rudely have they attended you and she was there the whole time she knew no one attended , anyways I give this place a 0 star I haven’t tried their other food but with the service that I got today I definetly won’t be back , if anyone wants good Puerto Rican food go to criollisimo in new Britain ct

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm and welcoming. The flavors were authentic, the portions generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. Plus, parking was super convenient, which is always a bonus.
If you’re looking to enjoy truly delicious Puerto Rican food, this is the place to come. Highly recommended.

Sad they closed the place before someone can even come in the restaurant. It states that it closes at 9pm on a Saturday qand it was 6pm, never greeted us and immediately kicked us out as if they were mad we even thought about going. Don’t ever go.!
