Absolutely Amazing. We came from a city with no power to one with spotty power. This place was SPOTLESS!! To include the bathrooms. The help was beyond helpful. We usually go to Fire House. Not any more!!! What a class act.❤️

I’m actually convinced the people who work here hate their lives. I’ve never seen more miserable people working. Tried to call an order in and they just left me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I walk in to place my order and the guy who took my order was mumbling so I couldn’t barley hear what he was even saying then acted aggravated that I didn’t know what the hell he was saying. I’m pregnant and have to have my turkey grilled and that aggravated him. Tried to tell me they didn’t have room on the grill when there’s 2 other subs on there…they only seemed busy cause the workers move like sloths.

The food is decent and I love that they slice the meat fresh! Hearty portion for the regular club Supreme sub and getting it “mikes way” provides just the right amount of everything! The staff could of been friendlier. She wasn’t rude but just not exactly nice. It’s as if she’s only friendly because she’s paid to be and didn’t actually want to he here.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. Especially the cashier. Never been here before today and will not be back, ever! Nobody acknowledged me after standing there for 2 minutes so I asked the cashier “do I start my order here or wait there?” She acts like someone punched her and throws her body back saying “what” with a very rude look on her face. So I repeat myself and she says over there. Finally the lady cutting meat takes my order, i go back to pay, during the entire transaction the cashier is rude I have never met this girl before and this whole interaction is uncalled for. Get my receipt and drink and sit at the table waiting for my order. I hear my name and go to get my food. She tries to hand me a bag with 2 subs in it I tell her thats not mine I thought I heard my name but I didn’t order this. Cashier “HUH”.. me: I thought I heard my name but this isn’t mine. The other lady that made my sub says. didn’t you have 2? I said no only one. She asks, what did you order? I tell her a number 17. So she reaches in the bag and hands me mine. Cashier whole time is looking at me like I killed her cat or something.. food is good but for something they just made it isn’t hot! I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

Awesome food and service. I have celiac so the gluten free cleaning of utensils and such is needed and I didn’t even have to ask. The guy just cleaned everything before carefully preparing my gluten free sub. That’s rare and excellent customer service. Will definitely come back.
