So I stopped here at Hatch today for my birthday 12/3 and had a chance to meet Jason, awesome guy. My waitress was Jessica who was just as awesome. Excellent service, 10 outta 10. Very warm, friendly, family oriented place. My food was very flavorful and delicious. We had the skillet deals and single pancake. Jason even brought out a complimentary birthday pancake with the Smiley face. Lol. This was my first time here, (go figure for my birthday) and I had an excellent time. It’s just a laid back spot, cozy and cool. You just relax, hang out and have a good breakfast. I promise you it’s the simple things in life. So go ahead and go check HATCHED out and tell them BennyBronco from the South sent cha! Cheers!

When the owner is at the host stand, it’s going to be an incredible meal. Focused on attentive service of crafted dishes that enhance ingredients. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, delicious cocktails, & a spot bold enough to list a breakfast shot as a specialty.
Ingredients are nurtured and prepared with meticulous devotion. Shrimp and grits include grilled jalapeno and smoked tomato, adding richness and depth of flavor.
Consider it a STL staple you cannot miss.

This place has been on my list of places to try. I finally got the chance to go. My friend and I came here on our off day from work. We were able to get in right away and get seated. We sat at a high top table near the bar.

This is a small restaurant that can be crowded during peak hours. If you go early in the morning, you should be able to get in without a wait.

I ordered a sweet Sarah Mimosa and the strawberry basil French toast w/ a side of bacon and eggs. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The French toast weren’t overly sweet, they had a slight crunch, all while still being soft and fluffy. The syrup wasn’t overly sweet, and was nice and warm. The eggs were cooked to my liking (scrambled with cheese) and the bacon was nice and crispy, not salty. The sweet Sarah mimosa was flavorful with the perfect ratio of strawberry to champagne.

Service was excellent. Our server gave us the perfect amount of time to browse the menu, got our drink and food orders in,and checked on us periodically.

Pricing was reasonable. Parking can be a hassle as it’s street parking. The residential areas fill up quickly and Main Street parking can be a hazard.

We had an amazing breakfast at Hatch’d STL. We ordered the BYO three egg omelet with bacon and ham, and it was absolutely delicious. I also got two egg whites on the side and a pancake, and everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly.

We were there with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing her whipped cream with blueberries and strawberries. That kind of thoughtful gesture really makes a difference.

Our server Jessica was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. We loved the place and definitely recommend it!

Love love love. I can’t believe how good this was. The food was amazing, especially the brisket and gravy omelette. The service was also very good. We got the bottomless mimosas and we were never out of drinks. Definitely worth the money. We did wait quite a while for our food but it was so worth it. Everyone who lives in or visits STL needs to go here! Be warned it does get busy so be prepared to wait! We added our name to the waitlist before we headed out to save time.

The first time I ate at Hatch’d I was shocked to find how popular it was and I was just getting to know it. There were people waiting outside for their turn to sit and enjoy a meal. Because it was only me I sat at the bar. The atmosphere reminded me of something familar, something almost acient. This feeling was that of gathering in your favorite relatives kitchen with people popping in and tasting this, trying that and laughing as they did it. You kmow those times with people you love that has a lingering warmth and hurt cheeks from smiling so much. No one seemed yo be sitting there looking at phones in silence. The brick, warm lit room was filled with voices. When I got my meal, Nachotada, every bite felt like the first one. There was no talking for me and only looking up make eye contact with someone who would nod just a exuberantly as are pallets rejoiced.
The second time around I brought somebody with me and had an equally wonderful experience. One highlight of your visit at this place is getting a chop it up with the founder. By the end in your name and we have an interaction that was memorable. The staff is equally as wonderful. Check it out and make sure to get on the waitlist!

This place is amazing. I Really love the service and the classic theme. Customer service, amazing owner came out and greeted us himself. Bar tinder was easy on the eyes. Hot food cold drinks.

Make sure to get on the waiting list before you come here.I had to wait over an hour, but I didn’t know about being able to go on mine.So be sure to do that. Also, parking is Right?nAcross the street from the building and you can’t just walk across the street cause there’s no crosswalk , so you have to walk in the u s shape and weight in line while watching cars go by , it will be best if you could plan early.

Absolutely loved this place. The parking was a little crazy. The brisket and gravy omelette was delicious. The adult chocolate milk is a 10 outta 10 highly recommend. Patrick was our server and he was super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable on the menu. Definitely ask for him.

We stopped in here today for a birthday brunch. It was both mine and my wife’s first time and this place did not disappoint! Service was excellent by Mia. She was a joy to have as our first experience in the door. The drinks were excellent (highly recommend the revolver which the owner perfectly described as a breakfast Manhattan). The food was so good. I got the California King burrito and my wife got the waffle. The portions are great for the price. We got to chat with the owner for a minute and he was very genuine and easy to talk to. We will definitely be back. They put their best foot forward on a random Saturday to random people. To me that speaks volumes to the kind of experience you would have any time you would go.

I had the best experience at Hatch’d. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the service was amazing. My server, Patrick, and the boss, Joshua, were both so accommodating and kind. The entire restaurant made sure I felt special on my birthday. I truly couldn’t have had a better start to my day.
