Lobby looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day trash and flies every where. Stopped here for the night wanted to get out of the truck and eat inside. Would have been better to eat in the semi least I know when it was cleaned last (this morning).

This place was so dirty from the floor to the top of the tables. The drink fountain and the Ketchup dispenser. Flies flying everywhere and so much food and trash on the floor… so ridiculous and disgusting

This McDonalds is on my Truck route so I always have to eat here…It is always slammed crew is kind of displace always get the order wrong forget to add side orders or sometimes the food is served bad! Kind of sucks I have to eat here because the civilians always crowd subway and I am just trying to get something to eat and get back on the road. Oh and always flies flying around in here bothering the paying customers do something about this for Christs sake I always kill 1 or 2 when I am waiting on my food it is sad!

One of the worst place for service. Even the management gives the customers attitude. Took over 15 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. Told the management maybe I should get my refund then his attitude appears. Then the meal appears and I told him I’ll take the meal then he refused the service and refunded the amount. Very sad employees. I truly rate this a negative enterprise.

Waited on myself. Then my burger was smothered in mayonnaise. Ya know half a jar might just be to much. Pinch of lettuce, 1 pickle, 1 tomatoe. But 4 lbs mayo…. fries needed micro wave. Best part of my meal. Coke no ice. And the 2 rolls of paper towels used.

I’m only giving one star because I have to. The employees are absolutely incompetent, rude and cannot get ONE modified meal correct, after reiterating it MULTIPLE times. Which was ONLY add lettuce, extra onion, extra pickle. Not only was that impossible to handle, they couldn’t get our drinks right, and we ended up leaving without a french fry that was ordered. We repeated ourselves atleast 5 times as to what we wanted. We ended up with 8 hamburgers that were wrong. What a waste of food. They were not professional in their demeanor. A little boy kept coming to the window laughing. The person taking drive thru orders should absolutely not be in that position, they couldn’t take our order, couldn’t be heard on the intercom and just overall didn’t have the confidence to be doing such a job. I usually frequent the McDonald’s in town and NEVER have problems. I thought I’d give this one another chance because I’ve had problems in the past as well, just not to this extreme. I will be in contact with corporate as I recorded the entire ordeal.

Got our food quick enough. Team members were arguing about making each other’s jobs hell when waiting to get our food and were not joking about it. Not something I would do in front of customers.
