Staff are just not very good with service. They probably talk bad about people in their language if you have an issue there. There’s an atmosphere of cheapness (no refills, if there isn’t enough gravy on poutine you have to pay for more). Wifi wasn’t working so I couldn’t access the app coupons when I asked they said they couldn’t pull up the offer in any way. So in order to use the coupon I’d have to leave to another business to use their wifi, screenshot the coupon then return to use it which is ridiculous. They should be able to pull up promotions but with all that hassle I decided to give up on Harvey’s for good. I love the poutines but they aren’t worth the inconvenience. I’m not gonna bother with this location anymore because they don’t care about the customer. They knew I was wasn’t happy with my last few visits there. They wanna smile and say “thank you” when they make the customers angry. And I didn’t appreciate that. But like I said they don’t care about the customer so I’m sure they’ll be happy that I won’t be returning.

The food was good as usual. The two stars is because, on more than one occasion, I was the only person in the restaurant, and when I went back to the drink station to get a refill, they had turned it off to prevent me from getting one. Is it really worth saving a few cents to risk losing a customer?
A Harvey’s manager has since contacted me to clarify the situation, and told me how they will take steps to improve.

Service is terrible. Waited over 15 minutes to even put an order in. The counter is unorganized. Instead of having personnel doing the drive through and personnel doing the counter, they had one doing both. Losing track of customers’ orders. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also we did not get what we ordered. Terrible.

Sanj the cashier was very friendly once I first walked in. Got ny food within 2 minutes, and did exactly how i asked them to make it. Atmosphere was fine for how it was. Food was hot and fully cooked. Only weird thing was the floor being sticky, maybe the cleaning products. Overall this place is great and will return for another full belly.

I’ve never gone wrong by going to Harvey’s! Frings and Frickles with your personalized burger? Absolutely! Add a couple of rings to the burger and it’s even better! My daughter opted for the meat lovers poutine, and it was awesome too. We were too late for dine in, but it was still great back at the hotel. A little disappointed that they don’t have the slushshakes anymore though. But the slushies are still tasty!

Fries were cold. The burger patty was stone cold with a piece of processed cheese on it that couldn’t even melt. Question how long it has been sitting in a warmer. First time experiencing Harvey’s and won’t be back.
I threw it out after eating a 1/4 of it. Question if the patty was even properly cooked. Horrible

The service at this Harvey’s was remarkable, the young fellas attention to detail was second to none. I know its just a burger, but im pretty sure it bumped the taste to an 11/10!

Food is the best but customer er service is not at all great. The employees working there are so racist. They won’t even ask me what I want and are just rude. Won’t even go there ever again… If I don’t get respect I want or deserve I would not bother them…
