The guy at the counter was super patient and kind, the pizza was quickly made, and it was delicious. My only ‘complaint’ would be that I wish they went a bit more wild with the toppings. Could be like 20% more jalapenos. But maybe that’s just me.

I usually have a good experience with Papa Murphy’s pizzas, but tonight’s was different. I usually order a pan pizza, and when I bake it, I make it for 16 minutes, and it’s done/not overcooked, crust and toppings. I did that tonight, and while the topping was not over done, the crust burned. Did the recipe for the pan crust change? Definitely messed with my satisfaction level today…

Up until my 30s, I had never tried Papa Murphy’s — and I’m genuinely upset I didn’t stop at this location sooner. Hands down, this is the best pizza out there. I’ve already made three trips, and every time the ingredients have been fresh, the staff prompt, and the service warm and natural. If this location isn’t the model for the entire brand, it absolutely should be.

Ordered online and my husband waited a bit longer to go there since they have never been ready. 17 minutes late and they still hadn’t started it. This is the half and half pizza he brought home. Does this look half and half? I think someone needs to ho back to school to learn fractions.

I experienced the worst experience here if my order is not right. I have the right to complain and you fix. The manager caught an attitude as if I was wrong. He disrespected me and said I can not come back. The dough was horrible n my children was upset we couldn’t eat pizza. Then the manager didn’t want to tell me his name nor his co workers. I am black n I will never play the race card but I am not an angry woman right is right and wrong is wrong.

Want to give a big shout out to Debra @ the Gemini Drive location. She was very pleasant as she greeted me & took my order. She was very knowledgeable & able to answer all of my questions. She was busy but I did not feel rushed by her at all. She was well organized taking orders & then putting together a handful of pizzas. Most of all she made my day by happily customizing my jack-o-lantern pizza! She was a one woman show who handled all of her responsibilities beautifully! Thank you Debra for your excellent service & pleasant personality!!!!!

When we got there, one family was having their pizza made. We placed our order, a family sized Pappa’s All Meat. The one employee was very efficient and had our pizza ready quickly. I appreciated the generous quantity of meat on the pizza. It could have used more cheese, though. Prices are reasonable.

We order our pizza online to be picked up at a convenient time. The pizza is always ready when we arrive. The pizza is loaded with fresh ingredients and always very tasty. Love the smell of baking it at home — perfectly warm and ready for us to enjoy when we are ready to eat it!
