Wow, I haven’t eaten at a Hartz since I was a kid! It was a weekly deal for my family in AL until they became run down and dirty. This location could use some TLC, but the food doesn’t!! I had forgotten how good the chicken and veggies are on the buffet! Service was great. I so wish Hartz could get a cash infusion and regrow the brand. It really is great food! The yeast rolls alone are worth the stop! Gonna start looking for Hartz locations again

I actually enjoy this eating her. Unfortunately, every single time I purchase large fries, it’s never actually a large! There is no point in paying more for a large order when it’s always a regular. Ugh, it’s so frustrating. I will still eat here, but for the fifth and final time, I will no longer ask for a large fry.

Stopped for dinner, and the girl who took our order had absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, lacked any personality, and showed no professionalism. When an older man informed her that the Dr Pepper was out, she simply replied, “Okay,” with no effort to assist. As we were leaving, I asked if they had any sauce, and she responded, “No, we haven’t restocked,” in the same dismissive tone. Very disappointing experience — she should not be working in customer service.

The place was getting busy and they didn’t keep the food trays at the buffet full enough for people to get what they want. There were fruit flies flying around the food. On top of all of that they were using food FROM THE BUFFET to complete orders in the kitchen.

Very clean,i was impressed.Coz ive been to some Hartz buffet but they werent as organized and clean as this store.Friendly staffs and to be honest,i like seeing how people at the restaurants greet each other as if their neighbors even if not.Very homey.Tasty foods.My favorite was friend liver,dip into vinegar.Gosh it tasted very good!i like all their foods.

I have always appreciated this restaurant. They have so much on the menu that I can’t decide. Therefore, I will eat from the buffet. An employee is constantly checking the buffet. Cleaning it, replacing things and making sure the food is the correct temperature.
When I have gone through the drive thru, I have not received an incorrect order once. I tip the drive thru cashier, for they are the one who checks the order.
