We thought we’d give DD another try after many years but were even more disappointed today than before. We walked up to the counter to order a few simple coffees and were told they would be with us shortly. We said no problem we’ll use the bathroom and be right back. When we returned to the counter we were ghosted again while they stood behind the counter chit chatting with each other. My wife was so frustrated that she told me she would wait outside and after a few more minutes I followed her.
I have 3 cousins here in Gulfport so I told them the story and they told us we weren’t the right color to be served at that location.
We will NEVER waste our time stopping at another Dunkin Donuts again.

Ordered and paid for extra cream cheese and only received one, bagel was burnt, and my drink wasn’t even fully filled up. I asked for a light ice and for them to fill the rest of it up with oat milk

Just left and i’ve never been handed a machine and asked for a tip and then receive the product six stale day, old, classic donuts, a chocolate caramel latte with ice, which was a cup of coffee thrown with some ice over it, not even filled to the top, and a large cup of coffee that you would need insulin after drinking it cause it was so sweet and my total was $17 and they’re gonna hand me a tip thing out the window. I tried to call the number it goes to some other phone not to the store. I’ve called corporate office and waiting for a return call never in my life have I had such awful service in my life and they expect a tip!!. No wonder there’s never no cars .

I don’t know how they’re called dunkin donuts when they don’t ever have donuts. I go early, they open at 5 i go at 545 on the way to work. The app locks them in the morning because they don’t have them. And then when it’s not locked and you order them with your free points and turns out, they STILL don’t have them. And now you lose your 600 points. On the contrary, SOMETIMES they DO have them at this time so the inconsistency it’s just mind boggling. There is no rhyme or reason as to when they will or will not have them. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they have them some days but pretty much never any others. If youre open at a certain hour you should be ready at that time to serve your advertised menu. Its because of this I’ve decided I’m going to stop going to DD now

Went there a few days ago through the drive-thru at 6:30am – a full 1.5 hours after they opened according to Google – and they had ZERO donuts or breakfast foods available. If you’re going to have open hours, you should be ready to sell what’s on your menu.

We went to the drive thru Dunkin 9/11/25. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came over the mic. I attempted to call the store and no one answered. Then after she thanked us for choosing Dunkin and I began my order she cut me off and said give me a minute. After we were finally able to place the order and got up to the window she was there with her hand out to collect the money, which we were never given our total and still sat at the window for another 5 – 10 minutes waiting on the Avacado toast. A male employee came to the window and asked what it was we were waiting for and immediately returned with the toast.

Ordered a caramel macchiato. It tasted absolutely terrible was no caramel drizzle or anything related to caramel in the caramel macchiato. The only thing I can taste in the drink is the cold milk or steamed milk with the shot of espresso.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a half dozen donuts through door dash on 8/4 and did NOT get what I payed for. I got refunded through door dash but still called this location to discuss my issue just for whichever shift lead who was on duty (didn’t get a name) to RUDELY hang up in my face and try to tell me “call back in the morning for the Gm” like she was trying to push an issue off on them when they weren’t even there for it. Out of my whole order only TWO donuts were correct. I ordered one chocolate glaze and they gave me THREE STALE chocolate cake donuts, 3 glaze, and two vanilla frosted with sprinkles. The ONE GLAZED donut they gave me had NO GLAZE and the shift lead claimed they were “out of glaze” so why didn’t they let the dasher know that when they got there so they could contact me to see if I wanted anything in exchange for the glaze. I never order from here and NEVER will again with the customer service skills their employees are taught.
