This place is wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and exactly as ordered. Their bread and ranch dressing are homemade and taste fantastic. We got the fried pickles, cheese pizza, fats domino pizza, cheese fries, the wake up little susie burger, the route 22 burger, a turkey and cheese sub, buffalo wings, sweet and spicy teriyaki wings and a malt milkshake. They had the order ready in about 30 minutes and were extremely friendly. Our whole family is full and happy. It was delicious, thank you Harshbarger’s staff

Food was delicious and ice cream was even better. I got ribs and my husband had a burger. Both were very good and my husband had a ton of fries with his burger. Obviously, we got a to go box so we could get ice cream. We had a hot fudge sundae with peanut butter ice cream and a #10 Oreo sundae. My only negative is an employee was carrying on and was louder than need be. That being said, I’d go back in a heart beat.

We had a great waitress again. The food was good. This time I got a Cheese steak boli. I got a small and brought enough home for 2 more meals. I want to go there sometime and just get dessert. We got milkshakes our first time there and they were great. I think they always have a fan running and it’s almost cold blowing across your shoulders. I want to remember to ask if there’s a table with less air blowing next time I’m there.

I was pleased to discover that there was more than one Harshbargers. They have a great selection of creative burgers, outstanding hot and cold subs, interesting fries, pizza, and ice cream. You don’t have to all agree on what to have for dinner to go here. We had takeout (very well packaged to keep it warm) but the restaurant itself is bright and cheery. There are nice picnic facilities outside if you want a view of the mountains, as we did.

My fiancee and I love eating here! They have the best ranch style fries and great ice cream, and they have great burgers. The reason they only get 3 stars in my book is because the place never gets cleaned. The floors are FILTHY, and I can’t think of a time they ever been cleaned. The tables seem clean, but I do not believe they are very clean.

This isn’t meant to criticize how your employees work, but rather to offer some feedback that could help improve their work ethic and overall service. When we arrived, our waiter was attentive and pleasant at first. However, after our food was served, we were not checked on again for drink refills or condiments like ketchup.
While looking for our server, I noticed she was spending time in the back area near the ice cream station, socializing with other staff members. As the evening manager, her role should include ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and that customers are being properly attended to. Unfortunately, it seemed that several employees, including our server, were more focused on chatting than providing service.
I truly enjoy coming here, but the service quality could use improvement. If I were the owner, I would be disappointed to see how much time was being wasted rather than used to support guests and maintain the restaurant’s standards.

I feel terrible to rate a place like this, I am never this critical about a meal, but this is my honest opinion. This place specializes in French fries, burgers, enjoyed with a thick milkshake. So expectations are alittle high….. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries with a pepsi. I received fries that were hard in the center yet soft on the outside not sure how a potato gets like that. The burgers ended up looking and tasting like a FROZEN sysco bulk food patties, cooked with knock off plastic american cheese. The bottom pattie was still cold, cold enough that the bun bottom bun was cold. The food was around $9.00 so maybe I am expecting too much. The Pepsi tasted off, in a way you couldnt tell if they cut back the amount of suryp to carbonated water. It was off enough when the waiter accidently switched my girlfriends and I diet Pepsi and regular pepsi I couldn’t tell the difference. Imagine tasting root beer, Pepsi and diet Pepsi all in one sip. Somthing wasn’t right ….. and the place was not busy, so it wasn’t because they got a dinner rush and we’re slammed….. not mad just disappointed…….
