The servers were good and very friendly. However the place is understaffed and it took a long time to get our eggs served and they never brought us the side of sausage. I don’t blame the servers though. There were only 3 for the entire store. The atmosphere inside is nice and I like the decor. Food was ok, a bit plane but not bad. Not coming back.

My friend and I stopped here while in Lake Geneva on a mini vacation. We loved that they had a outside sitting area for breakfast. I gave a four star only because the prices for the items were high and the service was just okay. The food however was yummy! The hash browns were cooked exactly the way I like them and the Kahlua coffee was delicious as well.

My friend came early and had breakfast. Me and my other friend were running late so she ordered for us. Food took 40 minutes. Waiter never checked on us. We had to wave him down just to get us waters. Did not seem to care that our food was taking so long. Unfortunately he did not give us his name. He was young, black hair. On the check it said server 777? At least the food was good.

I’m not one to leave reviews especially a bad review but the way my group was treated the other day this was an exception. Terrible customer service at this location. Our food took over and hour and it was empty inside. Waitress was one of the most disrespectful woman I’ve ever dealt with. Not one person checked on us for drinks. The portions of food was a joke and the food was cold when it came out. If you’re looking for a place to to disrespect you and overcharge you all while giving terrible service this is your spot. The waitress knew she did terrible so at the end she grouped two tables together and charged $38 gratuity. I told her we would like the bills separate and she wouldn’t work it out with me. NEVER AGAIN!

Every time we come to Lake Geneva, whether for lunch or dinner, we always come to Harry’s. For a diner, the menu and the quality of the food do not disappoint. Our experiences here have always been pleasant. Don’t forget about the all day breakfast!

Omg this place is soooo good!!!!!!! It is down to earth and the staff are so welcoming. This is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had and my family’s plates were clean at the end of our amazing meal. If there was a 6th star, I would put it ❤️
