This was our first time in Bozeman it was a stop on our way to Yellowstone Park. We chose a table outside because the weather was perfect and so was the food! The staff was great and the food was farm to table fresh!

Stopped in for happy hour and got the local Octoberfest larger and an order of wings. The beer was fine, could have had a little more fizz, and the wings were ok. They dredge the wings in flour or something so if you prefer a wing fried naked so the skin is the crispy part instead of a coating, you’ll be disappointed. Bar service was fantastic.

Stopped off here in Bozeman while strolling the downtown area Elk and Bison burgers were sufficient and tasty. Nothing too fancy just a good solid burger. I will say the pickled red onion was a nice touch to the elk burger.
The Philly cheese steak was good. The cheese had a bit of a spicy kick that was nice and different from most cheese steaks. I would say give this a whirl if you are into a nice slightly different take on a Philly cheese steak.
The best item we had was the bacon wrapped cheese sticks. I mean it’s bacon and fried cheese, who passes this combo up. Bacon was super crispy encasing the cheese and was quite good. I would recommend these with a cold beer any day.

The Den of Tools
Came here with a large group on her Saturday afternoon to watch the cats game. The place was absolutely packed, but our service was top-notch. They stayed on top of our drink orders and the food was really good. Some of the best pretzel bites I’ve had in a good long time the sauce for the potstickers was addictive. Everyone raved about their food and the service.

Our bartender Cole was not only friendly but very helpful and informative of the local attractions in the area. The elk burger was superb and the salsa was to die for, great atmosphere, lots of specials and loads of activities during the week makes it a great hotspot!

This is an excellent place! We were doing some shopping in Bozeman and decided to turn it into a day drinking trip! The atmosphere of the Rocking R is outstanding. With the garage door up, it opens the bar to the street and it becomes a great hang out. We were there in between meals so we had 3 appetizers, which were all excellent. A few options for beer flights were nicely done and all tasted well. I’m sure the full menu is impressive as well. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back next time in Bozeman!

Delicious. Had the truffle shuffle burger. I didn’t taste the truffle, but burger was still delicious. I really love the crisp of the fries. We stopped on the 4th of July. Pretty busy but we were able to sit at the bar. Rockin R has great space in the restaurant. It would be fun to have a birthday party here. My glass was never empty here, great service.

Great “upscale cowboy” vibe right on the Main Street on Bozeman. This is one to be sure to visit. It’s big and busy and a must do. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the Main Street, but don’t miss this one!

I was here with a group and the bartender hope was so rude to all of us. Will not go here if she is working. She was very condescending and belittling. Other than that, we had a great experience. Music was great.
