Welcome to our Bistro and Wine Bar where the atmosphere is fun, casual and relaxed. Mark will be cooking for you himself with his hand-picked team and dedicating most of his time to the kitchen. You are welcome to pop your head in to say a quick hello or stay to fully enjoy the Waldo’s “experience”. You will enjoy casual bistro-style selections and tantalizing vegetarian choices, as well as your “old” Waldo’s favourites. Savour wines by the bottle, the 1/2 litre or by the glass. You will be glad to know that you have direct access to the restaurant from the underground parking, so you never have to change your shoes or mess your hair.

From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Teresa went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs and making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout the evening. It’s rare to experience service at this level, and it made our night feel special from start to finish.
The food was equally impressive—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. Every dish exceeded expectations and reflected the care and attention put into the entire dining experience.

5 star food and service! Bala and his team provide excellent food and service! James our waiter was perfect on all fronts. Fantastic menu with many choices. The daily tenderloin feature was delicious! Our Brie in Phyllo was mouthwatering. It has been awhile since I visited Waldos….will be back for sure. Bravo!

We celebrated our anniversary here for dinner. Atmosphere was intimate and cozy. It felt classy, without being too high brow. Staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. The food was incredible! You can tell Mark puts the extra effort not only in the food, but in his brand and his team.

PS. We ordered the Mushroom Crêpe and the Gnocchi for mains. Delicious! The Bruschetta also out of this world. Highly recommend all of it. Lots of vegetarian friendly options.

At first I didn’t understand why shrimp and mushroom soup would pair for the NYE meal, but it was truly the best meal I’ve had in London. The soup was delicate but elevated, the shrimp was truly excellent. The main course was impressive. A delightful meal overall.

This place is amazing! The service, the atmosphere and the food of course. The grilled calamari here.. outstanding! I’ve never had tender calamari like this before. Everything we had was mouthwatering our waitress was lovely! Let’s not forget the chef and crew that work so hard to create these dishes. It’s above 5 stars for me! Any dish that has sauce,.. do not waste! Ask for bread and they’ll bring it it would definitely kick it up another notch if there was sourdough or French baguette bread for dipping in the olive oil and balsamic which they bring out while you wait or just have on the side with your saucy meal. We will be back! That’s for sure!

As a resident, or prior resident, of the Aqui, Waldos was a perfect place for lunch meetings. James, the fabulous waiter, was always cheerful and helpful. Their daily specials were always a hit for my guests. My go to was either a Greek salad with chicken or a side Ceasar salad and the chicken skewers (very yummy).
I would recommend a table over a booth for comfort.
There is also options available for person’s with coeliac disease.
Parking at the market makes it easy.

Met with some family there. It’s pretty convenient to park under the Market, and be right at the restaurant. The service was amazing, and the food was pretty good also. Not super fancy, just a nice place to eat.

I had the fresh cod with sweet potato fries, the cod was so delicate and delicious so I recommend it! It was accompanied by homemade sauces which were all good. For dessert, I had the creme brulee which was the perfect way to finish my meal.
The service was excellent, my server Theresa was very friendly and she explained all the specials and how much of it is fresh and how much of it is homemade. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our meal there – rack of lamb and calamari were both excellent. The special of the evening, a salad with poached lobster, was delicious. The staff really paid attention to the details about the food. I will definitely go back in the future.

The waitress was amazing, Her name was Holly. The escargot was too tier as well as marks bruschetta!! The photo is the appetizer of the Brie cheese phyllo…ORDER IT!
Holly let my girlfriend taste test between Chardonnay and another white wine. Not recommended to try this but she also let us come in even though they were closing. Highly recommend this spot.
