I went in and ordered two 6 wings. these people gave me a 4 wing and a 6 wing. I would’ve been cool with it if they put the right stuff on top. They gave me all hot sauce and hella salt and pepper on my wings. WHO GOES TO HAROLDS AND ONLY GETS HOT SAUCE ON THEIR CHICKEN???? Harold’s is known for MILD SAUCE. The cashiers are just dumb ditzy ho’s. Then they have the nerve to not answer their phone. Horrible service and horrible food. Im blew asl. Looking at my receipt she charged me for stuff i didn’t asked for the lady was old but if she’s too old to comprehend simple requests then she needs to be fired.

This location has went all the way downhill. Got the nerve to charge $25 for 10 chicken wings and giving customers these baby wings and barely any sauce. Then to top it off they don’t answer their phone. I decided to stop by today for lunch and I wish I would’ve just went to Popeyes or KFC down the street.I will never patronize this establishment again because this isn’t the first time they’ve disappointed me. The last time I ordered here I made it all the way home and noticed they’d given me old chicken. Since then I haven’t been back but I figured I’d give them another shot and now I feel like a fool because I knew better. This used to be my favorite Harold’s but not anymore. Smh

My son is in the Army ( 82nd Airborne). He misses the Harold’s Chicken sauce , so I always come to this Harold’s cause they always have sauce for sale . I send my son at least 8 bottles of mild and hot down to him.

My order consisted of the Buckley of wings and an order of chicken gizzards. The wings’ taste was definitely Harold’s, but I didn’t enjoy plucking feathers. The gizzards were AWFUL. They hadn’t been cleaned and were hard as bricks. I no longer live in Chicago, and I was longing for Harold’s Chicken. I was so disappointed.

i used to think that there was only one harolds chikcen but i was mistaken! the one that i went to i forgot where it was but i got these mushroom bites and htey were so good. i thnk the name is silly like who wants to be named hair old! i think harry is a nice name tho. i know a guy named harry he is british and was kind of annoying
