Pro Tip: When in Queen City pop by Harmony Plant Fare for the best no-meat Italian sub this OTer has ever seen. It’s just so good when it hits your lips!
Just remember to request the paper wrap if you’ve got any metal detectors in your future. #WhoDey

What a gem this little deli in the Findlay Market is. This was my second time eating here (because the first was so good) and i’m even more blown away this time around. their sandwich of the day, recommended by the person working, was one of the best vegan sandwiches i’ve ever had. i believe a non vegan would’ve enjoyed it too, which i can’t say the same for many meat-alternative sandwiches i’ve had.
as a 10+ year vegan, i very much wish that i lived closer to this place than the 4 hours that i do, but until then i’ll stop in whenever i can.
if you are contemplating going and can’t tell by the menu or pictures, let this be your sign to just go – you won’t regret it.

Ate there for lunch. had buffalo (soy curl) sandwich and macaroni salad. My wife had the gyro. Both were excellent! The gyro was so filling that we shared it and saved 1/2 of my sandwich was later, which was still good after sitting in a cold car all afternoon! My only negative was it was sitting next door and across from meat butcher stalls. While waiting for my food, a got to look at a collection of pigs feet.

I’ve tried a vegan version of just about everything at this point but had never tried a vegan Italian sub (haven’t had a real one in probably 25 years). Not something that would normally ever be my first choice on a menu, but I decided to get it and it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Love love the Chubby Bunny desserts (Hot cocoa brownie was phenomenal). If I lived in Cincinnati I would come here all the time!

Yasssss! I had the Buffalo Ranch sandwich and it was delicious. It was hot and full of flavor. The bread was toasted to perfection. The staff were just wonderful, accommodating and friendly. They have other vegan items available for you to snag while you’re there. I found it funny that this vegan spot is near two butchers.

Harmony Plant Fare is UNMATCHED. If you’re looking for a good sandwich, this is the place to go. Their house made meats are unbelievable and every component if their sandwiches are perfect.
The Italian is by far my favorite!
My only complaint is that, as a vegan, Findlay Market is a nightmare to walk through. I have heard that you can call Harmony to place an order to get in and out quickly though.

Cinci’s version of Quincy Market is worth a visit, and harmony delivers solid food. We always give dedicated vegan spots 5 stars.
If you’re the kind of person triggered by butchers, it’s a market, and there’s a butcher counter across from this place.

If you’re in Findlay Market, you need to go to Harmony Plant Fare. Take it from me that this was the best and hottest grilled cheese sandwich that I’ve ever had. This grilled cheese sandwich was an explosion of happiness in my mouth! The sandwich was made on sourdough bread and the cheese was thoroughly melted. I paid $10 for the sandwich (and I paid $1 for a big bottle of cold water). I wondered what the sandwich would taste like, but I was not disappointed. The only complaint I had was that I wanted more when I finished it. I asked for pickles and was offered them in a cup. I would highly recommend Harmony Plant Fare in Findlay Market. You will not be disappointed!

This is easily one of the best vegan sandwiches I’ve ever had! Full, flavorful, hearty, perfect texture balance, almost unreal. Cannot recommend this place enough – it’s delicious!

Voted best Italian sandwich in the midwest by me. First thing I ate after giving birth. Very important deli sandwiches that I wish I could eat every day. Also dank macaroni salad, cream cheese and other deli favs. Highly suggest you treat yourself
