I hate giving bad reviews, but the downer was the fact that the food for one person in our group was not prepared as they had ordered it not once but twice. Everybody else’s food was good and the server that took care of us was spectacular. She was very professional and nice to us. The server and the manager, who was also very professional and nice, handled the situation gracefully and quickly. The service piece gets 5 stars without a doubt, but the food preparation gets 3 stars at best.

This was the best experience I had in awhile . The food was great it did take a little longer than usual to come out but when it did it was amazing . The overall service from these two ladies was outstanding , very professional, polite and caring to our needs . Special s/o to Gianna she was the sweetest! I actually thought she was a manager at first from how well she carried herself professionally lol .She made sure she checked on us periodically asking us if we needed anything and how our food was and even some small talk. Also special s/o to our waitress Erica she was excellent!!! Very friendly ppl and atmosphere. Will be coming back . 10/10 highly recommend.

We had reservations but still had to wait like 30mins once we arrived. The ribs, fries & sweet potato were good but my steak was bland and I asked for well done and received a medium rare steak. I don’t eat pink meat .

I went to this particular Outback with my family recently 7/19/23 in the evening for dinner. It’s a weekday so not many people are dining that day. The three of us ordered the same meal. Steak and lobster. A 35.99 plate per person and when they came with our meals, they mixed them up. They gave my husband my steak that was supposed to be well done and they gave me his that was supposed to be medium well. Not only that, but the steak that my son ordered was supposed to be medium rare and it was completely raw. I gave my steak to him and sent his back to get it well done for me. The waiter came back with it and it was still very pink so I sent it again and when she came back with it it was chart. Completely burnt. I couldn’t enjoy my meal that day. At least the manager came and after trying to minimize what the so-called chef did, she took my meal off the bill. She gave me a 10.00 gift card which I threw and I told her that I was not coming back there ever again. What they have there is a cook that you would find in a pizzeria. The restaurant was practically empty so I don’t understand why he did what he did instead of making me a new steak. That place is horrible as I read the reviews afterwards and saw how they are with their customers serving them nasty food. From now on before I go to a restaurant the reviews are the first thing I will be reading.

Place was super short staffed, food was dripping grease all over the table, and they took 35 minutes to bring two drinks during lunch time. We didn’t even bother ordering entrees, because the drinks were late and apps were gross. The server, bless her, did her best and seemed new, so we tipped her decently. Will absolutely never go back to any Outback ever. I wish I had more hands to give more thumbs down.
