Food was good. But, the pizzas,calzones,salad, etc are all sitting out in the open behind the counter. There were flies on everything including at the tables inside. Would suggest installing some food covers or fly deterrents

My husband and I visited being out of state and loved the customer service! They were super sweet and our pizza was freshly made. I could see the tomatoes in the sauce which let me know how great the ingredients were. I wish we had Sbarro’s in our state! A great stop! And they have cheesecake which was a nice sweet touch! Will come back whenever we drive through again.

Got excited to see Sbarros while on a road trip. Ordered ahead online. Stopped to get some pizza from my childhood. Apparently and maybe it’s regional but if you have purple hair, no ones gonna even look at you more than once let alone help you. However if your blonde and walk up after. You will get served. Employees will just keeping walking by even after being told I was there and waiting by others. Absolutely ridiculous. Had I not already ordered I would have left. Was actually about to then someone reluctantly came up after being told three time I was waiting.

Called ahead to get a pizza made was quoted 15-20 minutes showed up 25 minutes later got basically ignored while I stood at the register for 5 minutes cuz dude was more interested in the lemonade machine only to find out thr pizza they literally put in the oven was mine. Sbarros closes to early and opens to late for drivers. Kind of a bummer because it’s something different from the usual subway and McDonald’s you run into over the road.

I’m impressed to see the owner replies, but requesting us to fill out complaint forms in order to address them is absurd. My advice is to get their early while it’s fresh and hot. It’s still sold after sitting and sitting out for??? at premium price. How do I know this? .. camped out in truck for occasional walk throughs.

I had a terrible experience at Sbarro. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed me while I was trying to decide on my order and made me feel very unwelcome. Customer service should be better than this—definitely not coming back.

I am a local driver and although I do miss the old independent truck stop that this new TA Express replaced, I was glad to see a Sbarro here. Well, until I stopped in today to order a pizza from this new Sbarro. I was on my way home to Russellville, so I stopped in to buy a pizza for my teens. They had plenty of varieties already made, so I asked if I could buy 6 slices of 3 different kinds of pizza and just call it a whole pizza. The employee said sure, so yay!!
Oh, but wait…she was mistaken, those 6 slices must be rung up separately. Those 6 slices of pizza will be $38.00 please. Oh, snap!!!

I’ve been to a bunch of other Sabarro around the country but I feel this place is the winner. My slices were crispy, hot and tasted fresh. Now I’m an NYC, NJ pizza dude for life but these slices really hit the spot.
