Great food, very cosy, lovely decor. We went for late lunch and they were nice enough to allow us to order the breakfast menu too. The crab cakes were amazing, soft large and sweet crab meat inside. We had warm blueberry crumble and it was a great end to the meal. We parked at the parking lot opposite which is $.25 per two hours

I’ve been stopping at Harlands for roughly 20 years. My dad and I used to stop on the way home from fishing in Potter county. Always have good portions, and very tasty food. I had a burger this time and it was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor
They do have a very good breakfast as well. Service was great and the waitress was very friendly and helpful to both my wife and myself.
Thanks it’s always nice to know I can stop here and get a good meal with a relaxing friendly atmosphere.

Amazing food. Great prices. The waitress was quite friendly. Overall one of the best restaurants I been to. I had the grand canyon burger. I love Burgers, but this was one of the best.

We chose this restaurant for our 44th Anniversary Dinner. The server was friendly. I don’t complain and I never send food back because of too many possibilities!! My husband ordered mashed potatoes with gravy he got a baked potato his meat and potato were cold. My meal was ok but not hot it was slightly warm. We choose this restaurant because we have always had a good experience there. I didn’t get a coffee refill nor was it offered. I believe there were only 2 other tables with customers at the time so it wasn’t because of being too busy. I did leave a tip slightly above 20%. I never blame the server for the food, but in this case it was the server and the cook. I understand everyone has an off night. But I don’t understand cold food that’s supposed to be Hot. I don’t believe that we will visit there again, not willing to take the risk of our meal being less than ok. We always try to support local Businesses when possible. I always tip according to service tonight I was generous. Great service and food usually gets 50% tip. We are not fussy or picky eaters, so it takes a lot for me to leave an unsatisfactory review.

This is a real shame because I’ve been in there with my dad 2 other times. Both times before, the wait was a little long but the service was good and the food was good.
THIS TIME was absolutely atrocious.
They took about 10 mins to seat us with 3-5 tables open and clean. Sat us finally and then took about 10 minutes to take our drink order.
When she brought our two coffees, she took our food order.
AN HOUR passed. I went up to the front to ask about our food, and they told me the ticket machine malfunctioned, so the cook didn’t get our order, so she was printing it to hand to him directly.
After about 35 MORE minutes, our food came out and was cold. My dads hash browns werent there and his toast was black.
My plate was missing a side of BBQ sauce I asked for with the order, and also was missing a glass of orange juice I ordered.
Both of our sausage links were brown on the bottom, but dry and undercooked on top, and my hash browns were totally raw, with burnt onion chunks on top.
I have no idea what changed between last time and now, and all I wanted was them to apologise for the wait and for the orders being wrong.
Well when the waitress came to ask if everything was okay, I explained the raw potatoes and she copped an attitude and stormed off after saying “fine then its on the house”.
I have no idea how this place makes any money with service and food like that.
If she would’ve just apologized I would’ve paid and tipped at least $20 on what would’ve been probably $40-$50 of food.
But she copped an attitude.
Its ashame because I never leave a bad review for a place, even if it was horrible. I understand that things happen especially when there is alot of customer traffic, but this was ridiculous. I will NEVER be back…

Was here during the “Dickens of a Christmas” event. Service was quick. Our waitress, Sarah, was spectacular. She was witty and sassy, yet still kind and took care of business.

We came here and were absolutely blown away by the hospitality and kindness of our waitress, Sarah! The food was excellent and the atmosphere overall was welcoming. Jenna checked us out at the counter and was also extremely pleasant. We will be back!
