Ty was such a wonderful server!! She was so attentive and charming – talking to us about the Wicked margs and making us feel so comfortable during our experience here 🙂 My partner and I got the salmon, triple dipper platter, both Wicked margs, and the cookie skillet and ALL were delicious. We recommend the Witches Brew marg, it was our personal fav! Overall, would definitely come back and you should request Ty for a fun dinner experience.

UPDATE: We came back for the same meal, and I’m very pleased to report that we had identical results. Devon gave equally great service, and everything else matches what I wrote originally. We came for the trio deal, $10.99 for a burger, fries, drink, and a side. I had the side salad and my husband had soup. The food was excellent; our burgers were cooked perfectly – nice and juicy, yet completely cooked. The fries have a great crispness, but are still tender. My salad was incredibly fresh as well and my husband really enjoyed his soup. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Our server, Taisha, was amazing! She was friendly and efficient, her station was spotless, she anticipated refills, and in general was exactly the type of server I would like to have work for me were I to have a restaurant.

Went there, was left at such a tree ny table, my appetite trio came with double egg rolls that were horribly moist and soggy instead of cheese sticks, they take it back being it back w half the egg rolls dumped off then take it away again, bring us our food, then our appetizer, there was no point in an appetizer after getting our entree, nothing for at our table, they moved us after complaining, then my medium steak was burnt to a crisp, shrimp was not drained, you could see the colon in every piece. It was a very unsatisfactory experience, I told my server I’m good man. They took care of our meal but I still didn’t eat, I sent my meal back. We tipped twenty for the inconvenience. However I will not return to this location.

I used to be a fan of Chili’s but not anymore. It is overpriced garbage with untrained servers.
We stopped in to split Fajitas and waited 10 minutes to even see our waitress. There wasn’t anyone in the resturant they we all to busy socializing to do their job.
Then we ordered Fajitas and it did come out fast after our wait however for almost 25$ the sides were a joke and we has to order guacamole as an extra as well as salsa. What a JOKE!
We left both laughing it was so bad.
With a cup of coffee and a 20% tip we left after spending almost $40 on something that was not worth $10.
I will NEVER go to another Chili’s.

Surprising Stop at a Chain
We generally avoid big chain restaurants, but we stopped here for an event, and I have to say, it was a worthwhile visit. I had the nachos, and my wife got the chicken sandwich. Everything else I saw being served looked phenomenal.
Our waiter was really good, and honestly, there was absolutely nothing disagreeable about the experience. The area is safe, and the entire place was nice and clean. If you find yourself nearby, it’s definitely a stop worth making.

The food and service were great. I was impressed with the quality of the barbecue. It was amazing and the portions more than adequate. I couldn’t eat it all. I would highly recommend it and will be going back soon.

Our experience was amazing! Our server was Ty and she was very attentive and met/exceeded all of our expectations of service. I had both of the Wicked margs (why not ya know) and they were brought out and Ty was super friendly, talking to us about the movie/musical they are based on. I definitely recommend requesting Ty the next time you come in and make sure to try these margs!

Had dinner with friends tonight. Our waitress was not attentive at all. The tortilla chips were drenched in grease and not edible. More chips were promised but none ever came. I waited 20 minutes trying to flag her down to get silverware for the table, as she had delivered my side salad but I had no way to eat it. As we were paying our bills, a young woman was sweeping near us and was literally throwing the metal chairs back and forth. It was so rude and so loud. I got up and left. I will NOT be going back
