Evan was our cashier today. Evan & crew were kind, and respectful. The food was great. The team seemed to work very good together and it was very clean there. My husband & I ate there & saw another younger guy with a beard really kind, interacting with customers asking them if they needed other condiments or anything else. Best experience at any fast food place we have been in for a long time. Good job to Evan & team in the afternoon!! Keep up the amazing work!( I also went ahead and reached out to the higher ups, hope you guys all get credit, it is deserved!)

Let’s start with the fact that I pulled up to the drive through and waited about 10 min for the car ahead..as I pull up the superstar working the speaker tells be it will be approximately 10 min since there were 3 ahead of me inside..im committed at this point. Superstar comes on to take my order then as I finish up ordering says his screen went blank and could I just come inside. Proceed inside cause I’m committed like I said. Approximately 4 people in line..superstar#2 takes first order and does not take another until she makes the fries and packages the first order..and does the exact same thing for each customer..so by this point I’m close to an hour invested..so all in all if you are in a hurry and need food quickly…keep on drivin to the next exit.

Food was cold even though lunch had just stsrted. Chashier was rude and didnt give me a chance to ask for condiments before i waited almost 10 minutes after paying, so when i had to ask as she was delivering she got visibly frustrated. Fries tasted like oil was bad

We are traveling thru and stopped for a quick bite. The employee who helped us was SO customer friendly. He made our entire experience fantastic! We didn’t catch his name but he turned 20 on Super Bowl Sunday! Great job!!

I love Carl’s junior, I love Hardy’s ….awesome awesome I have never ever been disappointed at a Hardy’s or Carl’s junior no matter where I’ve been . the service is consistent the food is consistent. Hardee’s never seems to disappoint me. The hamburgers are always hot and fresh. The cheese is melted the meal is flavorful. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the lack of rootbeer for a drink option but that’s okay.
